Extreme misrepresentation
Extreme misrepresentation. Website says 2 days to receive a container. I received a call to answer questions about a potential purchase and I was told its more like 2 weeks. I was then told it could be rushed and take about 1 week. After one week I emailed again and the reply stated delivery on June 5th. It is June 16 and they do not reply to emails or return calls. We have tried daily to contact them. Only the original salesman will answer his cell and suggests that we would get a call next week to schedule a delivery. I am attempting to cancel now since a delivery cannot be set even though the website says 2 days.

Was late in delivering container. Had to contact multiple times and finally threaten to cancel the order before I could get the container delivered. Similar issue with the pickup. Container was returned several months ago however I keep getting invoices with Conexwest threatening to send to their collections agent if I don't pay for the container I no longer am renting. I have sent many emails to their AR, my assigned contact, and their legal department but the invoices keep coming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are a real pain to deal with. Despite appearances, they are not local (Florida). Their offices are in California and they deal with subs in your local area. I strongly advice finding a local company for your container needs.

If a negative 5 star was available I would've given it to this shady company. This company demands payment in full before anything is addressed by said company. After said company receives payment in full, U get an email from someone claiming to be your sales representative, when U try contacting said sales representative U are unable to speak directly to them. Your emails, texts and phone calls to said representative go unanswered by sales representative. U are forced to call said companies call center, navigate your way to the correct department and talk to someone who doesn't have a clue about your paid in full order. U will be told that someone from a different department will call U back with more information regarding your paid in full order. After U wait for days without receiving any response/communication, U will have to again and again and again navigate your way through department after department after department to try and get any and all updates on your paid in full order. My order was placed and paid in full on the 5th of the month, this said company website had the 8th for delivery. I requested delivery on the 12th of the month instead of the 8th, finally got confirmation on the 8th that my paid in full order would not be fulfilled by the 12th. After numerous phone calls, texts and emails to said company representatives with no confirmed delivery date for my paid in full order, I finally talked with a representative of said company on the 15th who confirmed there was no set delivery date for my paid in full order. He suggested I cancel my paid in full order immediately, I asked if I would receive a 100% refund, he put me on hold and said his manager told him I would receive a 100% refund of my paid in full order. I canceled my paid in full order immediately with said company representative on the 15th if the month. Said company representative told me it would take 7 to 10 days to receive my 100% refund. It's 22 days after the fact and still NO REFUND! This said company SUCKS! Don't try doing any business with them, they're NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

Zero professionalism.
Communication was terrible. Nobody answers the phone. I had to call more than 10 times and contact multiple departments just to try to get basic information, and even then I never got any clear answers.
They give completely inaccurate estimates and never provide reliable updates.
I’m still waiting for my refund.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. Never trust their timelines.

Runaway!! Horrible you will get nothing and you will be charged thousands. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 2 months. I had to go to the better business bureau and still nothing yet. They have 0 customer service. Unless you want to have a credit card dispute that will last months and fight for a refund when you literally will get no container ever. All lies they will reschedule and reschedule. I wish I had never done business with them.
Absolute disaster of a company
Absolute disaster of a company. Returned my rental in July 2025, and I am still receiving invoices and payment demands in April 2026. They ignore emails, ignore proof of return, and just keep running their automated billing cycle. It’s essentially fraudulent at this point. If you rent from them, be prepared to have to block them through your bank just to get them to stop. Filing a BBB and AG complaint today.

Daniel Dawes in sales quoted me for a container. A few days later I replied that I wanted to purchase. He never responded. I called and finally got him on the phone. He told me he would call me right back -- never heard from him. Tried again...nothing. I think he was avoiding me, because the prices probably went up due to the war with Iran. Whatever it was, the guy is truly unethical.
$15,000 order undelivered no updates
We have an order for over $15,000 and it’s over 1 month from when we ordered and no one can tell us the status of our order. We need these items for our business and there is no one that can tell us the status of our order.
Conexwest: Worse Customer Service They Just Want Your Money
Mirroring the review of February 2, I had one of the worst experiences purchasing a container from ConexWest From the online purchase to the moment the actual container was delivered by an angel, Angel Rodrigues, I had no assurance that I was getting a delivery. After the online order I got an email asking for everything again and my emails and phone calls went nowhere. My credit card was charged twice, phones were shut off and I called my credit card company suspecting a scam. I had no idea what was going on. This company doesn’t care. Their entire platform lacks transparency, staff doesn’t interface or knows what is going on. Read the BBB reviews and this site.
The day before the delivery date that they chose after mine, I managed to talk to a sales person who confirmed I was actually going to get a delivery and I left a message on the dispatch voicemail that this is a locked site and needed to know when the delivery window was. 20 minutes before delivery the driver Angel Rodrigues told me he was on the way. A true angel he was calm, professional and came through. Other than Angel, the entire dealing was a nightmare. Do not deal with this company if you want service. They do not care about customers. I’m not sure what their business plan is, perhaps it’s just to burn through the money that they were invested in last year. Horrible service.
By the way, there are 2 LLCs under this name, one in Gardena & one in Costa Mesa.
Do Not Buy a Conex From This Company!!
Following my conversation today with the billing department and the dispatch supervisor, it has been confirmed that the conex has not even been released despite receiving confirmation that it was to be delivered today. This is the final straw in a four-month period defined by a total lack of transparency and failed delivery commitments. We were promised a 6-8 week delivery date from the day payment was received.

Conexwest Sale Containers with Holes in them as WWT
I purchased 4 shipping containers from conexwest. This purchase was 4/2022 - charged 6990.00 each box. Of the 4 boxes purchased 2 were damaged. Meaning damaged with holes in the structure. The boxes came with 5yr warranty. When I noticed the holes in the boxes I reached out to conexwest to inform them the he boxes they sold & delivered to me were damaged. Dents & Rust are ok on used boxes, yet when I am told they are WWT (wind & water tight) boxes with holes does not meet that standard. I asked conexwest to refund my money for the damaged boxes. Conexwest only refunded my money for. 1 of the 2 damaged boxes. Conexwest refused to refund the 2nd box. They told me they would repair it or I can repair it and receive a 300.00 credit. Yet I paid 6990.00 for the box. I refused the fix and demanded my money. Conexwest never gave me my money
& never resolved the issue with the damaged box they sold me. On 11/2023 I called conexwest & ordered 2 more shipping containers to replace the 2 sold to me damage. conexwest charged me 6690.00 for the 2 boxes. Do you know conexwest refused to deliver my boxes to me. They kept my money from 11/23 until they were contacted by the new station on 9/2/2025 asking about my order and why it wasn’t received. Then conexwest start calling asking when they can deliver the boxes. I asked that I look them over before they are delivered because conexwest is known for delivering damaged goods to customers. Conexwest said they would get the box inspected and delivered the week of 9/15/2025. The week of 9/15/2025 came and conexwest refused to deliver my boxes. I was sent a refund check from for the cost of the 2 boxes I purchased on 11/23. Conexwest delayed my construction project from 11/23 to 9/25 by refusing to deliver the items I purchased.

Conexwest did not pay us for hauling their containers....…
We have not been paid for hauling containers since June, 2025 and we have been trying to get someone to tell us when we will get paid but to no avail. Mary Jean and Amira Lachim were contacts. We ran 3 batches of containers back to back working relentlessly to transport these containers and communication was prompt then. Now that payment is due communication is impossible. We had accrued expenses due to the services we rendered to Conexwest and now we behind in paying.
Poor quality for price. Old Junk.
The quality of containers are not what they advertise. I paid $1945 for a supposed wind and weather tight container. What I received was a very old container with several holes in the roof that had been patched and old style doors with 4 handles; 2 of which cannot be closed. Unfortunatly I did not inspect the container thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Don't buy; there are better companies that deliver quality units.

This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. I ordered from them specifically because of a promised delivery date. They missed that date by two weeks. No one would ever return a call or an email when I would inquire about the order. I finally issued a dispute on the credit card and lo and behold, the carrier calls one day and says "we'll be there in 2 hours". No other notice from anyone; no one ensured that we would be able to receive the delivery on that day.
I immediately cancelled the credit dispute and have documentation from the bank that it was reversed. That was October 23, 2024. Every few weeks I still receive an email "your invoice is unpaid". And I respond with the document from the bank. Every one of my responses goes unanswered. I have tried to call but every line disconnects as soon as I "Press 1" or sit on hold for 5-10 minutes.
The container is fine but OMG, stay away from these people.

Samantha/Dispatcher and Juan/Driver made the delivery of my 20’ container an excellent process and experience. Samantha did good in communicating with me during the process. Juan did an amazing job delivering and helping position the container correctly. I’ve had experiences with deliveries of such nature, but Juan impressed me the most. He got in there and did the job. Juan had no problem taking his time to not only position the container, but also assured me that we can readjust if need be. Hope to do future business with the same individuals.
