I purchased and paid for 4 personalised cheese boards in Aug. Was promised delivery in 10 days, with slight delay due to waiting on packaging. After 30 days called Ashleigh who said oh good I am glad you called they are being sent out tomorrow. 20 more days and almost 10 attempted calls she doesn't answer or respond to emails. Pure fraud. Taken my money, no products, and now no contact. I will give it till end of Oct then contact consumer affairs. My recommendation is do not use this company. A lot of bad reviews saying similar things.

Ordered goods, never received them. Followed up with 4 emails and even found a phone number on the website to call which had the owners name and left a message but no response. Luckily paid through paypal and got my money back. Do not order from them.

Ordered from them and weeks went by with no update . I emailed to ask when the confetti would be dispatched and no reply. Over 6 emails were sent with no reply. I found their address on companies house and noticed it was a residential address. After an email telling them I’d be coming to the address to discuss a refund in person, magically I was refunded that same day. Do not order from this company.

Very poor customer service ordered 23rd June on the 30th it should have been next day delivery... im still waiting emails and calls get ignored I sent a txt message and suddenly got a reply that she's had stock issues but not too worry it will be delivered the next day... still waiting, I feel like my order can't and won't be fulfilled and now is too late for my wedding to order from elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this company if you can look elsewhere please do.

Great a fantastic buy and fast delivery at such short notice

De omschrijving van het kostuum kwam niet overeen met wat ze op hadden gestuurd. Blouse zat vast aan het gilet ipv dat het 2 los te dragen items zouden zijn. Pakket retourgezonden maar ze hebben het niet in ontvangst genomen en maand later nog niet afgehandeld. Zeer matige webshop qua service/kwaliteit

I ordered stuff for a wedding event and supplied the destination wedding date. Even ensured its within the timelines they suggested. However, items did not get recieved had to contact them chasing for an update only to find out they hadnt even processed it the day before! We had our flight at 3pm so there was no chance it would get to us. They refunded the money promptly though. Shame as we have a lot of events and would have wanted to find a trustworthy website in them.

Love what I received! A bit annoying that it's a bit difficult to track the package, but it arrived a day before the expected delivery date. Shipped to Denmark.

Personalised robe is brilliant quality but I am not satisfied with the fact I paid extra fees for a certain delivery date as it was a gift and it came 4 days late. Still awaiting my refund for that fee
