Connective Chiropractic Avis 

I have been a regular client at Connective Chiropractic for many years now, where James sorts out any problems with my back and neck.
This time I decided to treat myself, and discovered Heaven on earth in an hour and a half of blissful Hot Stone Massage with the wonderful Pam. It was my first experience of a relaxing massage and it was incredible. Such a great way to relax your muscles and relieve stress. The room was nice and warm with gentle music on in the background. I loved the aromatic oils Pam used. The stones were very smooth, not too hot and the applied massage pressure was perfect.
I previously had a deep tissue massage with Pam and I can only say that she is a professional in any sort of massage.
I would highly recommend both James’ and Pam’s treatments to anyone.

I contacted Connective Chiropractic about a year ago as I had suffered lower back pain for a number of years and done nothing about it. Booked initial consultation and first treatment together with James, who conducted a thorough review of my issues and made recommendations before agreeing to proceed with treatment. James was very good at explaining what he thought was happening and suggested a program of treatment that he thought suitable, again with thorough explanation of what he would do and how it would help. What I really liked about his approach was how I was put in control of my chiropractic journey, unlike the majority of my experience with other health practitioners. I was informed along every step of my treatment, what he was doing and why.

James’ treatments are considered, well targeted and expertly delivered. In my case, things didn’t change dramatically after one treatment, but I wasn’t expecting them to. But over the course of four to six months with fortnightly then monthly appointments I was pain free. I’m now on a maintenance program attending once a month for treatment and life is so much happier without the pain and with freer movement.

James was recommended to me nearly 4 years ago after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. I had never seen a Chiropractor before and was apprehensive about what to expect and whether it would hurt.
James was welcoming and reassuring. He answered my many questions and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me exercises to do in between appointments to help regain mobility in my arm and advice to help ease the pain. The adjustments he did were on the gentle side. They felt substantial to me but did not hurt at all.
Within a few weeks the pain had completely gone and my arm and shoulder were back to normal.
I now see James for maintenance care to prevent it happening again and to keep things ticking over.
He has helped with the odd headache and also with a sore wrist which I got when I started exercising after the first lockdown.
I would 100% recommend James as he shows great care and attention when dealing with you. He listens to all your concerns and gives good advice. I think he is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I leave his clinic feeling amazing!
