Communication has been excellent even when there had been a delay in deliver. Understanding the needs of the customer has been very good again with clear coordination and delivery dates being given. Service and service delivery very good

Met with area manager and agreed changes to what would be provided to the vending machine and targets to be met but there was a delay in communicating this to the sub contractor.

The response from Connect Vending to our water cooler problems, and the ultimate resolution were excellent. The engineer (Damian) who carried out the installation was polite, informative, and ensured the areas by both machines were left in a tidy condition, this included the removal of the two machines from the previous supplier to a storage area. Keep up the good work !

The engineer resolved the problem quickly and provided a very good service. We would be more than happy to use them again.

Good service. The only complaint I have is that the machines seem
to get blocked up quite a lot, especially the milk.

When we cancelled our contract after 10 years， they charged us £300 as ”Uplift Charge for Removal of Machine” from our office.
"Their specialist would come and collect the machine. "
On the day, just one driver came in and collected the machine.

Cannot recommend this company any less, our experience with them has been awful. Hidden termination charges and check your small print VERY carefully.

we had the drinks machine "re-newed" and since then we've
had problems with the coin mech.

Unfortunately we have had several problems with the coin mechanism on the hot drinks machine. The problem has been repaired but not completely fixed. The engineers are friendly and prompt but I wish they would speak to me when they are on site to discuss any issues. They either come in before 8am when I am not on site or during the day but don't let me know they are here. Ongoing requests for healthier snacks and drinks not being carried out!

They said different things when they come to the agreement and after they go back on their words. I am making a loss with their products and they won't review my contract. They want to charge me a heavy amount for cancellation. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I did not try to cancel within a month. I request to cancel after 12 months. Go and check the date well.

They have been great since our first contact, always available to meet or discuss any questions.
