Conroy Removals Avis 

From get go very unclear communication. Quotes were not transparent and I got told different things several times. They added items which i have removed several times and upped the price.
Dealt with different people through the process whi h were not talking to each other.
Shipped my outrigger canoe which they ensured they done before and will handle with care. Minimum wrapping on it and got severe damaged by what i assume either someone walking it into a wall or placing things on it. They unwrapped the canoe to check the damage so would have noticed it. Conroys takes no responsibilities and is not covering any costs.
Would not use again.

Great service door to door, picked ther goods up from Tauranga and delivered these to Nelson in good time with no damage.

The Conroys experience was exceptional. Communication was great, staff were outstanding, careful, hard working and fun to be around. This was our first experience of using movers and we wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

The booking process was extremely easy and straightforward. My needs were understood and confirmed. The date I requested was quickly verified and the movers that turned up were polite, respectful, thorough, detailed and careful.

Amazing service from getting a quote, too pick up on the day of the move. They stored our stuff overnight and due to a awkward driveway they couldn't get the trucks up so they van everything and was a very easy move.

Good communication and scheduling. Customer rep suggested we did an hourly booking instead of quoting by number of items etc which we appreciated as it was a lot cheaper.

Truck showed up on time and the movers were great at handling all our things.

Can't comment on packing service as we packed everything ourselves.

Communication and scheduling was excellent. Unfortunately we can not say the same for the packing and handling at the pick-up end. We packed our goods extremly well in bubble wrap, plastic containers and heavy duty card board. When it came to the container being delivered the guys at the other end were horrified at the way the container had been stacked and packed. The side of our microwave was dented in, a whole plastic container of glasses were all smashed, two ceramic vases were smashed, a marble column was broken, furniture scuffed and damaged. We were very dissappointed with the results when the communication and scheduling was so good. Steve & Kim

From Christine's brilliant suggestion to uplift a day earlier than our settlement and deliver the afternoon of our settlement, to the excellent communication on settlement day when we had delays with the settlement.
All the guys at the drop off were super efficient at unpacking in an hour.

The teams in Queensland and in Auckland have been brilliant working around a tight schedule. They kept us up to date with progress from the first consultation, through 2 separate uplifts and uplift of car. They showed their experience in moving in general, creating special crate for some important items and taking such care with packing of all goods. They were clear as to what we could/couldn't take in container. From the final uplift, it took just over two weeks for container to be landed in Auckland, then two weeks to get cleared and delivered.

All the staff have been so friendly, supportive, cooperative, efficient and cheerful and involved us in all decisions. No question/query was too much and responses were always timely.

There’s a reason we always use Conroys, great staff and attention to detail. Young lads that made our last delivery were polite respectful and very helpful

The moving team were great. They were on time, polite and worked well with us. Moving day was wet but the team just got on with it. The location had difficult access and this didn't faze them. Like the previous reviewer I got a call the day before to confirm the move, but nothing in between the original booking and that call. I had to check in the week before to make sure it was still on.

Friendly efficient service with all care taken. Highly recommended.

Great team, fast efficent and courteous

Very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Kim in the Ipswich office went above and beyond. We only had a few days we could be at the house to get our furniture delivered due to other commitments. Kim suggested a Saturday delivery and said it would cost extra however it was cheaper then flying a family member to be here for the delivery.
The guys on pickup very great 1 in particular was in his 50’s and he was a power machine. The other 2 need to learn from him!
Drop off Jarod and Travis from the Melbourne section which was actually contracted from Dawsons, very amazing.
Highly recommended going through Conroys!! You won’t be sorry.

The move went very well and the two guys were great to deal with and made it very easy.

The personal visit from Grant when we were deciding who to move with was instrumental in our decision to use Conroy Removals.
All moving staff were excellent to deal with and very efficient in their work. Only one very minor breakage on the base of an audio system speaker.
The only slight criticism would be for more communication closer to the move time. Its a very anxious time and in addition to a call very close to the move out an in dates to check to see if move was still on, it would be great to get several calls prior to that - say a week before confirming all going to plan and a further earlier call checking to see if assistance or advice was required.

Our experience with Conroys was superb. Organising the move with them was breeze. The communications ahead of the day and during the move, were great. Three great guys arrived with the truck, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. These men were professionals. They knew exactly what to do and communicated well with us during the day. Their humorous banter lifted some of stress associated with a moving day. Their skill and strength meant that the process went well. They were careful and respectful.

No issues. Right from the site visit to see what was being shifted through to the actual move, the team were great. The movers even managed to move around a few changes that we had to make on the day given other shifts that were happening at the same time. I'd use them again and happy to recommend to others.

Conroys provided a service that was well communicated and on schedule. They were able to pack and move my goods internationally without me present at uplift. Everything arrived safely and right on schedule with no surprises or hidden costs. Easy communication and ability to provide all documents electronically. Everything was well wrapped and nothing was damaged. No negative feedback for this move. Thank you!
