My xbox series x had the HDMI port not working properly then the power suply went, I sent it to console wizards and they gave me a fair quote to repair both issues and I got my xbox back within a week... Voir plus

3DS Free diagnose and then repair

Sent my 3DS in for Free Diagnose. The service was very good and decided to get the console repaired with Console wizard.

What a speed and service

Fantastic service. Sent my PS5 in on Thursday night (CW picked up with Parcelforce) and Parcelforce just dropped it back off at mine on Tuesday morning first thing, all repaired. Fantastic service.

PS: The ONLY thing that isn't working is your own rating system on the website. It has a mind of its own (trying to select a start to begin with), followed by random refreshes and internal server error. Happy to submit another 5* on your website but you need to take a look at that rating system :)

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, posted my 3DS XL for new power port back to Console Wizard on Wednesday and it arrived back to me on Friday, incredible service and very reasonably priced compared to other quotes. Thanks very much guys.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I had a broken hdmi port on my series x, I had taken into a place locally that advertised the fix only for them to tell me it was a not fixable and needed a video enabler chip. I wasn’t convinced and phoned console wizard up. They informed me it was very unlikely, so I booked it in with them. The whole process was simple to do online and delivery was a breeze. When they received the Xbox I got a phone call explaining it had arrived and what they were going to do. They phoned again with the prognosis and politely told me the first place had butchered the job and caused more problems, however they never gave up which would of been the easiest thing to do instead they diagnosed all the issues and got it working, again talking to me with updates throughout. Truly professional service and great customer experience. I can certainly recommend them.

EXCELLENT!!

I damaged my Xbox Series X HDMI port when moving it. Microsoft wanted £400 to just replace the unit with a refurbished one. This was just stupid!
Console Wizard saved the day with an HDMI replacement for under £100 including pickup & delivery. Was done within 7days!
Really happy with the repair and I am now back gaming. I can not recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Killed my 3DS, claimed it never worked

3DS had a screen issue, sent it off, and they claimed it was DOA even though I'd tested that it was running fine before packaging it. They refused to take it to insurance as "the box wasn't damaged" and insisted it must have been dead when I sent it off.

This customer sent his Nintendo 3DS console to us to have a Top screen replaced in June 2021.

When we received this item into our premises, it was powered on and found that the console would not power on. This was escalated to the customer as this was not the repair that the customer had ordered on our website (a top screen repair).

Every item that is received into our premises, undertakes a thorough testing to confirm the problems reported by a customers order placed on our website

We explained to the customer that the packaging he boxed the console in for shipment to us showed no sign of any damage. This meant that no claim for damage in transit would be accepted by the courier as the box it was shipped in was unmarked.

As the fault was totally different from the repair ordered on our website and not being economical to repair as a new motherboard was required.

The console was returned to the customer and a full refund issued for the repair fee they paid for the repair.

We appreciate the customer is disappointed, but we will not be held responsible for a problem with the console that was not listed by the customer, this is why every item is tested on receipt at our premises.

Came back these guys after they did a great job sorting out my Nephews XBox One X hard drive

This time it was my Nieces Nintendo Switch that had a screen issue.

Quickly diagnosed, and fixed within a week. Brilliant again

Very easy to use this service and would…

Very easy to use this service and would recommend.
My son had spilt a drink on his Nintendo switch and was not working.
I followed the instructions on the web site, packaged the switch up it was collected the next morning.
Console wizard phoned me the next day explaining that the battery and a rail for the joy con controller had to be replaced.
It wasn't as expensive as I expected and it was returned working the next day.
My son is now very happy.

Nintendo Switch Repair

Took my Nintendo Switch into Console Wizard with a battery fault.

I couldn't be happier with the service and repair! It took the team no time at all to diagnose and repair for me (board had blown and damaged the battery). Kept me up to date throughout and my Switch was good as new within 2days. Really happy with the price too.

Would highly recommend - the team really know their stuff!

The hdmi port of my xbox series x became damaged. I saw console wizard online but ended up giving it to a local repair shop. Big mistake. It was with them nearly 2 weeks, kept fobbing me off saying they had to order a new part. They basically had no idea what they were doing. I demanded that I pick it back up. I dropped it at console wizard on the thursday and it was finished by Friday afternoon. Impeccable service, cant thank them enough.

Found this business through an internet search as PS4 needed a repair. Service, turnaround and price all excellent. Great company to deal with.

Professional and competent

I've used these guys twice now for two separate console repairs and both times the service has been A1 excellent. I'm so pleased they saved me the cost of a new Nintendo Switch that I've come on here to write a review!
