Vele klanten zijn opgelicht door deze man, de laatste was een klant uit Hoofddorp voor 1 ton. Ook het Kattenhotel Dotje in Oudewater, zoek maar op via google. Hij heeft zelfs zijn moeder meegesleurd in zijn scams. Het geld heeft hij besteedt aan vrouwelijk vertier, casino bezoek en en cocaïne, hij is zwaar verslaafd. Nu woont hij in Columbia, heeft zijn huis verkocht. Ook de Belastingdienst is door hem opgelicht omdat hij geen BTW overdracht heeft gedaan.
Geen zaken doen met hem, hij heeft een goede babbel en is duivels sluw. Tegen hem zijn aangiftes gedaan, zodra hij tracht terug te komen naar Nederland wordt hij opgepakt op Schiphol.
In Columbia is hij benaderd door Kees van de Spek. Waarschijnlijk komt hij op tv in de maand november 2026.
Zijn website is nog steeds in de lucht met mooie plaatjes van woningen, ook een scam. Hij tracht klanten binnen te halen vanuit Columbia.
Dus doe geen zaken met deze slechte man, u bent gewaarschuwd.

Alleged scammer Frank Wouters of Constructions and Consultancy

Many customers have allegedly been scammed by this man; the latest was a client from Hoofddorp who reportedly lost €100,000. The Kattenhotel Dotje in Oudewater was also allegedly affected—just search for it on Google. He even allegedly dragged his own mother into his scams. The money was reportedly spent on women, casino visits, and cocaine; he is said to be heavily addicted.

He now lives in Colombia and has sold his house. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration was also allegedly defrauded because he reportedly failed to remit VAT payments.

Do not do business with him. He is said to be a smooth talker and extremely cunning. Reports have allegedly been filed against him, and it is claimed that if he attempts to return to the Netherlands, he will be arrested at Schiphol Airport.

In Colombia, he was reportedly approached by Kees van der Spek. He will probably appear on television in November 2026.

His website is still online, featuring attractive pictures of homes, which are also alleged to be part of a scam. He is reportedly trying to attract customers from Colombia.

So do not do business with this man. You have been warned.

I was contacted by CoCo Constructions and Consultancy (KVK 92601251) through Homedeal.nl regarding a home renovation. Over the course of the project, I experienced repeated delays, broken commitments, and significant financial loss.
The renovation, initially expected to take around two months, extended to over eight months—without any significant work being completed. After a substantial upfront payment, the project began with demolition and some foundation work, but progress quickly stalled. The first builder delayed the project due to personal issues (as I was told). The company then replaced him, and I chose to continue, trusting they would resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, the second builder refused to begin work due to unpaid invoices. After further delays and conflicting updates, the renovation resumed briefly but was halted again—once more due to payment issues. I later discovered media reports linking the company’s owner, Frank Wouters, to similar cases. If you're researching, I recommend searching for “Kattenhotel Malafide aannemer” for public coverage.
The company stated they would return funds based on renovation expenses, but no breakdown was ever provided. I sought legal counsel and initiated a formal case. Despite multiple reminders and formal legal notices, the company’s responses have been limited, delayed, and one-sided—consisting mostly of vague promises without any concrete follow-through. No refund has been issued, and no meaningful action has been taken to resolve the matter.
I strongly advise exercising extreme caution when dealing with CoCo Constructions and Consultancy or its representative Frank Wouters. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. It should not be interpreted as a statement of fact about the company.
