Ain’t nobody got time for this shhh
It’s 2025, and permanent subscriptions are still happening at ContactMe without customers even knowing about it. How is this still a thing bffr? No clear info at checkout, no transparency, it’s like they’re hoping we won’t notice until we’re stuck. Not a good look, Contactme.
I had a very frustrating experience with Contactme. I tried to cancel my subscription, and was told I either had to finish two payment cycles or cough up a penalty fee equal to the discount I got. This information was never disclosed at the time of purchase, and after reviewing their terms and conditions, I found no mention of this sneaky policy… guess they think transparency is overrated and consumer law is a joke or smth.
The lenses I bought also gave me dry eyes, I never had this problem with Acuvue lenses that I purchased from other retailers, maybe the ones sold by Contactme are fake or they have been storing the products in a poor environment. It’s reasonable not to continue using their subscription. But hey, ContactMe gives zero fs.
Honestly, if you’re thinking about buying from ContactMe, DON’T.
