I had an excellent experience working…

I had an excellent experience working with Contrado on both of my orders for 4As, placed on December 4, 2025, and February 6, 2026. The quality of the products was consistently outstanding, with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Contrado team was responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication, especially when I needed clarification about sizing and packaging. Both orders arrived in perfect condition, and the overall service was smooth and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Contrado and look forward to continuing our collaboration.

I ordered several times the same…

I ordered several times the same espresso cups from Contrado. I noticed on my last order that there was a change in the saturation of the colors and the image was not centered the way I designed it.
I reached out to their customer service to get to the bottom of this. Yash helped me figure out what happened. I was very impressed with his willingness to work with me to find a solution to my problem.
I really like the fact that I can get feedback from Yash on future designs and how I placed them on the products before they get printed. This quality control is priceless.

Their products in general stand out, because of the great quality of the prints and the materials they are made of.
Overall I'm very satisfied and can only highly recommend Contrado.

beyond happy

We printed a photo on cotton fabric for a bookbinding project for our wedding. It was important that the color was accurate as well as the dimensions, and it was perfect. Shipping of a sample set got stuck in customs and took almost a month to the US, but the actual product came super quick, within 10 days. We are beyond happy with the results.

Not only does Contrado deliver an…

Not only does Contrado deliver an exceptional quality product, the designs as appearing on the mock ups, are identical in placement, and in every aspect to what is actually received in-person. Additionally, the production, printing and shipping process is very much transparent, including if on any occasion, there may be a delay or reprint—progress is very easy to follow and consistent. Thanks very much to a young IG influencer named Cordery, I’m happy to have rediscovered this company for my products (boxers, socks). Their catalog is vast enough to where I can expand into future offerings, when needed down the line. I hope Contrado will expand into trunks (half-length boxers) and hip briefs.

All the colours are captured beautifully and clearly, even the shades of the sun and the waves of the sea look so alive… wonderful work, Contrado 👏👏👏

This is a very exciting company

This is a very exciting company, making quality items. I have had my art work printed onto a variety of items from card cases, cushions, floor lamps and a kimmo. I use prints of my artwork. I favour the velvets. They make my art work sing.

So horrible...

Integration with my e-commerce site was fairly smooth so I give two starts for that. Unfortunately, Contrado has very seriously and negatively affected my ability to sell my product or accept payment. I originally was using paypal to accept payment which is connected to contrado but my bank flagged my two accounts which were under paypal with fraud activity so I was forced to open as separate account to accept payments from my business. I am the owner. At this point Contrado does not let you change your payment method and I was stuck with paypal. This then affected the fulfillment process down the line.

I also had some trouble with them because you can't see your products within your own e-commerce platform, when you click the app it brings you to their website... i found it a bit difficult to use and understand. Once my customer order was completed I waited for the payout and then I went to go pay contrado in order to have the order fulfilled. At this stage there is no communication or indication of them putting the order into production or for what is going on. When I went to pay them the website did not work properly and rerouted me to a page that bypassed any way to pay... I was unable to complete the process whatsoever. On my end it said fulfillment requested.

So I contacted them about it. Their response was, it looks as though you do not have any items in your cart... so they were viewing me as a customer. This is a pretty serious problem. From my perspective I could see how this could actually look suspicious if it's not fixed and it looks like I am committing a crime because my name is different than my client.

As I am waiting to hear back from them my third bank account was flagged for fraud and closed... I am now without a bank account!!!

I am not using them again. Their prices are a deterrent to sales and this has nearly ruined my business. Next time I won't be so naive.

I am now in appeal with my bank and trying not to lose business as a result.

I ordered a custom item expecting…

I ordered a custom item expecting professional quality and got the opposite. The print and finish did not match the photos on the website, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful about resolving it. For the price, this should have been flawless, not something I’m now disputing with my bank. I won’t be ordering from Contrado again and wouldn’t recommend them for important gifts or deadlines.

If you’re on a deadline or need a reliable gift, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Update: Item was advertised as [“genuine leather”] but what I received was clearly pleather: stiff, plastic-feeling and smells of chemicals. I’ve escalated this through my bank rather than through Contrado directly. I’ll update this review when the dispute is resolved.

Very happy customer!!!

Words cannot describe how happy I am with my purchase! The colors on the fabric are vibrant and really stand out. When I received it, I snipped off a few pieces and I put them in the washer and dryer to see how they would hold up and of course they didn’t fade. They didn’t shrink and they didn’t fray. The cherry on top was incredibly fast shipping! From start to delivery was less than a week! I’ll be back! 😃🥳🎉

Misleading marketing. Import tax cost almost as much as fabric

This is the first time I am writing a review on Trustpilot. I am so disappointed with Contrado, that I felt I have to at least do something about it..

I ordered from what I thought was a US-based service. The sponsored google link to the website is titled Contrado USA and they lead their marketing with 1-2 day delivery within the US.

The import taxes I had to pay on my order were over 67% of the actual cost of the fabric. I would not have chosen this service if I would have know this!

And because I sent it to someone from Etsy who is crafting a quilt for me with this fabric, they had to pay on my behalf, and I have to reimburse them. It just feels like poor customer experience all around.

I did talk to "customer support" on their website, and basically it was an AI that when I asked it if it is an AI said "no". I was told they'd get back to me via email, but noone has written to me, and the parcel has already been delivered.

I am writing this in hope someone else takes a second consideration before going with them. I presume there are better and more honest alternatives out there?

Why did you stop giving design help?

Really great concept for my restaurants and businesses with the large mural/wallpaper printing. But.......I used to be able to get help with the design and you stop doing that so I have to go elsewhere.

Don't Order From

We ordered custom wallpaper for our business. Proof that was sent showed a full pattern of paper but we received six rolls that did not have the full print- think cut off company logo and 3/4 white space with the other 1/4 our company logo that was cut off in the middle.

Our wallpaper is printed on rolls with a maximum width of 62 cm, so larger designs are split into multiple panels. This should have been visible on the preview before placing the order, but we apologise if this was unclear.

Perfect Hoodies

I looked everywhere for a website that makes 100% custom hoodies and this was the only one I could find. I was shocked to see that it only took a week from ordered to delivered but it's perfect. I always wanted my art on a hoodie but not just a photo on the front. The fabric is cozy and just heavy enough like a good hoodie. All of the stitches are in order and the custom tag with name on it makes me excited. I'd highly recommend this company for custom hoodies!

Would absolutely give this business 0 stars if I could, after my experience with them.

I was excited to use their fabric label printing services as I go through a rebranding of my small business. In order to get my money's worth, I ordered large wholesale batches in the amount of 600 labels. These are satin labels that would be sewn onto a product. I was asked to choose a size in their design module and I chose 1.25" x 1.25" folded. The image of the label shown next to the size showed a label that when folded looked like a square with an extra bit of fabric at the end, which I knew to be a seam allowance for sewing.

When I made this choice, I was made to believe I was choosing a product that would be a 1.25" square after sewing. (So 1.25" in width and ~2.5" plus a small amount for seam allowance.) So imagine my surprise when I received 600 labels (that weren't even very clearly printed - looked blurry, which I didn't even address with them) that came in at 1.5" wide and 3.5" long. This seems like a small difference, but on some of my products this made them look comically large.

I kindly reached out to their customer service immediately with my concerns, as I believed I was sent the wrong product. Clearly they printed on a 1.5" ribbon instead of 1.25".

What I received in response was that the seam allowance was "clearly" stated - they shared a screenshot from DEEP in the product page under the FAQ (not where a consumer would be required to look for product dimensions) where it stated that the seam allowance was .4". In addition, they shared a screenshot that showed the ***ruler guidelines*** within the design module that showed the ribbon would come out to be 1.5" wide. According to them, this was proper notification to the consumer of the product dimensions. (???) They offered what they considered a "very generous" discount to fix this - 20% back in credit or 15% in refund. As a small business, this was a financial hit for me as many of these labels were unusable, so I continued to question them on how this was my error.

Since they were fighting me on this and it was taking several days for responses, I was not convinced I would receive a proper refund, so I began the process of disputing the charge with my credit card. I let them know that I would be doing this, and they stated I could go ahead with it, but they warned me it was unlikely to be approved because the error was on my side. (I still wasn't convinced.)

So I've gone back and forth with them asking where they CLEARLY *STATE* that the ribbon would be a larger width than I selected, because to me the rulers were not an appropriate method of communication of dimensions. They came back again talking about the seam allowance along the length. I clarified that I understood there would be a seam allowance, but it was still too large even by their math and didn't account for the width difference.

An agent named Tejas came back AGAIN about the seam allowance with the FAQ screenshot telling me: "As indicated below, our website clearly states that all custom fabric tags include an additional 0.4" seam allowance on each side, added to the specified fabric label size. This applies to every size, and we believe this information should be quite clear to anyone, as it's a standard practice and not something too complex to grasp."

This response was SO uncalled for, with the condescension that I wasn't understanding their explanation, even when I had already clarified I understood the concept of the seam allowance. I broke it down one more time for them and said EVEN WITH the seam allowance, the ribbon was STILL too long, and they STILL hadn't shown me PROPER proof in writing that the ribbon would be larger in width.

I just received an email AGAIN with the screenshot of the ruler guidelines with their belief that this was proper notification. Upon further review of their design space on my mobile phone, which is what I used to research this product, I found their mobile interface doesn't show these very important rulers. I just responded to them with this in the hopes that will put the nail in the coffin and that I do NOT have to converse with this company any longer and my credit card company will successfully finish this dispute on my behalf.

At this point, I am sure my credit card dispute will be approved (despite their warning, lol) but I was hoping to convey to them that they need to reevaluate how they relay important product information to their customers...and I'm still not sure they are convinced they need to change anything.

Unfortunately I now have to wait until this gets settled, which could take weeks. I have been left absolutely appalled, furious, and offended by this customer service and would advise you to find another business to work with so you don't have to deal with this company.
