Paying for returns is a poor practice. Not providing return packaging or lables is worse. Limited choice of sizes is poor offering.
All in all, no reason to shop on this site, when there are plenty of other e-tailers, actively looking after their customers.

Fantastic Quality and fit like a glove
Great company. Quality of shoes are fantastic. Great service and price. I Only paid £39.99 for high quality shoes. Would expect to pay £100 for shoes of this quality.

My first pair Coogan shoes after they were recommended by a friend.
Delivered ahead of time, excellent customer service. They look superb, appear to be well made and are a great fit, even for my wide feet. At this price point they have so far exceeded my expectations.

Generally disappointing 😟
Shoes are most peculiar fit, I'm size 45 and have been for over 20 years. Coogans shoes are too narrow and bizarrely long!
When I tried to return they would only offer an exchange, hardly useful when the last dimensions are flawed.
Strongly recommend against using Coogan, I won't be back!

Sticking up 2 fingers to the big guys (I like that a lot)
qood quality, stylish shoes.
I'm 6ft 4 and 15 stone so naturally wear out shoes a bit quicker but these last as well as the big brands, actually a lot better than the likes of Ikon and Base.
This is the 2nd pair I have purchased and won't be the last. The other great thing is their sizing is consistent, 2 completely different shoe styles but the sizing is the same.
