Copyartwork is absolutely amazing! I've been using them since 2008 with nearly 4000 designs! They are always on-time for delivery, even provided a few rush jobs I needed with short notice. Also, the price has never changed. Try that in your business. If, which is rare, they make an error. I usually get a new file within 30 minutes. When I receive an email from another company asking to do a free design to show me how they do, I delete it! I'm not changing when nearly 20 years of a partnership has never let me down! - Rod

We are a small embroidery company that started in late 2025. We came across CopyArtwork, and they digitised it for us.

Initially, they were excellent; we had no complaints. We even left a very good review on Google because they were brilliant. However, we asked them to digitise a logo for us, and it was returned with errors. This has happened before, but they have always corrected it very quickly. On this occasion, they were slow to respond. We had a tight deadline. The company we were embroidering for had an event and needed their garments. We sent two emails over two days to CopyArtwork explaining we needed this fixed as it was urgent, and they completely ignored us.

We contacted another company to handle the digitising for us, and they completed it within a few hours.

CopyArtwork is based around the world, and it’s too expensive to call them, so the main contact method is email. If they don’t respond, then that’s all you have.

I advise anyone in the UK that CopyArtwork is not the best company to deal with.

We now have to pay twice for the same work due to their mistake, and they still charged me even after the correction was sent, by which time we'd already started the work. We had to work through the entire night purely because CopyArtwork let us down.

I cannot recommend Copyartwork.

I needed a new headshot and decided to try an AI app. Unfortunately, out of the 100 photos generated, only six were usable, and even the best one needed some serious editing. I searched online for a freelance graphic artist and discovered Copyartwork.com.

Originally specializing in vectorizing and digitizing artwork for printers, Copy Artwork also offers freelance photo editing services. They were able to take my AI-generated image and elevate it to a professional level. Setting up an account and uploading the image was quick and easy. I provided some basic directions, and they delivered the final edited photo incredibly fast.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair, especially considering the level of talent involved. I was impressed with their responsiveness and efficiency. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I only wish I had more projects to send their way!

They do great work and are prompt and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

When my college roommate passed away, his wife wanted me to have his Martin guitar.

I got a top repair shop to restore it. We decided to an inlay that duplicated a funky 1940s "smiling skull" decal from my favorite uncle's vintage Martin. (Probably cost 35 cents at the Jacksonville Beach boardwalk.)

The request created a tough series of decisions caused by complex fabrication steps. With their expertise, Copyartwork led the way.

The inlay was mother-of-pearl, harvested from a green sea snail shell! The guitar tech needed a black-and-white template to cut the shell. He was going to expand the original image many times on an industrial pantograph.

I would hate to think what it would have been like without the stepping-stones that Copyartwork created, one after another! The work was beautiful, the bill was reasonable, the communication was tops.

I have used CA for a couple of my projects to vector some complex graphics and they have done a great and professional job every time.
