I opened an account (Mayhem7777) in April 2026, went through full ID validation, made legitimate deposits, and won money playing slots, the Irish Lottery, and the 49s. Instantly, they froze my account, claiming I was linked to a self-exclusion from back in 2020—something I completely dispute.
​To get to the truth, I submitted a statutory Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). The data pack they sent back after the account had only been open for seven weeks is an absolute shambles and clearly manipulated:

​On the 9th, I had a phone call with an agent named Rick. I passed every single one of his security and validation questions, and he explicitly confirmed he was satisfied. Yet, my verified email history was completely wiped from the data pack. When I challenged them on why this was missing from a seven-week-old account, they actually admitted in writing via email that they "don’t keep data like that for long." It is a massive breach of data regulations to claim you delete verification records after just a few weeks!

Their spreadsheets show me placing bets on the Irish Lottery and the 49s at the exact same hour, same minute, and same second. They even fabricated an impossible wager where a £2.17 bet somehow returns a ridiculous payout of exactly 49p.
​They are using broken timelines, fake system links, and mathematically impossible data to withhold legitimate winnings. They rely on people just giving up, but they've been caught red-handed messing with data. Avoid Coral at all costs!

This company is indulging in sharp practices. They advertised an offer of i think 250 free spins provided a deposit was made. I cannot recollect the precise amount of spins, the offer has been withdrawn now. Anyway, I deposited 50 played through, lost the lot, very quickly, and then tried to access my free spins.
