Very Helpful
Very good. Very helpful and the car is excellent albeit a little expensive and above the value it’s given but we’re sure we’ll have a few years of enjoyment in her.

clueless and disorganized.
the person who does the paperwork for the cars was late to work so we had to wait for them to turn up. then we had to wait for them to go and get a coffee rather than dealing with their customers. They had no idea where any of the paperwork was (and never found it) The car is nice and as expected however it was absolutely bone dry of fuel so we had to limp to the nearest petrol station and fill it up. All of this cost us a £299 'admin fee' which goes directly to the garage it doesn't even come off the price of the vehicle. just terrible.

Disappointing hand over experience
Went to collect our car, paid the £300 admin fee that they charged us for using our finance company. The person who 'signs the cars out' wasn't there. We waited half an hour, he turned up, washed the car then went and got himself a coffee while we were still waiting for the car to be handed over and the paperwork completed. The garage had lost the v5 document which we will have to apply for and leaves us unable to tax the vehicle. The car had no petrol in it - luckily there was a petrol station close by or we wouldn't have been able to get home. Left feeling very disappointed. The car seems good but the customer service was terrible. Considering we spent £300 admin fee we didn't even get the paperwork for the car! They told is they have refunded us £25 to pay for the V5 application but that hasn't yet appeared.

Car had to go back to garage as between…
Car had to go back to garage as between paying deposit and paying balance car got damaged in their garage and needed bodywork doing. We understand car had to go to Swansea for work but taking that into account 1/4 of a tank of petrol was used and 234 miles were added to the clock. Courtesy car that's a laugh had bald front tyres and numerous other issues was not safe to drive. Don't buy from Corner Park Garages.

Quite a nice dealership
In our experience, they seemed ok, the guys were polite and friendly.
We were able to have a look around without being preyed on by the sales people, which is quite nice.
I did feel that I had a good car at a fair price.
I hope the extended warranty is not a waste of money?
I would recommend to others.

Excellent and trustworthy service
Bought a car from London, through Sanky. He showed me the car on a video call, once I was satisfied I decided to buy the car. Of course I was a little nervous buying a car without seeing it but they put my mind at ease. I sent the money, they sent me a receipt and confirmation email immediately and the car was delivered to me the next day - 180 miles away. Immaculate condition and all as promised. I was very impressed with the personal service.

Staff were polite and easy to deal with.
It would have been nice if the vehicle had been prepared and ready for collection rather than sitting round watching a very rushed and not particularly good job done. We had to valet the car when we got home
Since the above review I have spoken with the company owner who was very helpful and gave me a reasonable explanation for my findings and made real effort to put the situation right. Thank you Terry and corner park

No pressure from salesman
I was very impressed with the salesman Neil who welcomed us and was very laid back letting us browse the cars in our own time. He didn't follow us around and pressure us at all which I found far more comfortable.
