It was quite difficult at 1st to get to someone over the phone but communication via email with Bethany was sufficient and allowed to share screenshot and documents which was even better than the phone call.

Helen is invaluable and knowledgeable. We had a good connection, and her laugh/smile is contagious; she relates well to my concerns.

They have very good customer service, including excellent phone support. The web UI takes a little to get used to and occasionally seems to have glitches. But at the end of the day I think they are worth every penny.

Devin Cook at CorpNet has been amazing to work with! He made setting up my tax accounts simple and stress-free, and he explained everything clearly along the way. He’s professional, patient, and really cares about getting things done right. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him!
