Professional and prompt response anytime I needed assistance. The only thing that could be improved is the timing of repeat orders( subscription) which is sometimes delayed a bit.

Not enough product to last a month as recommended.
Happy with the product. Just one query amount of product in package, although one months supply , powder only lasted 3 weeks. That was using 2 level dessert spoonfuls per day instead of the recommended amount of 2 level tablespoonfuls. Notified CORREXIKO and been advised amount if product should last 30 days. Will be careful with measurements with my next pouch.

Regarding the quantity, the powder is measured to last approximately 30 days when used at the recommended serving of 2 level tablespoons per day. Using slightly different spoon sizes or heaped servings can sometimes cause it to run out a little sooner. That said, we understand your expectation for a full 4-week supply and appreciate you flagging this. If you’d like, our support team would be happy to look into this with you and help clarify serving measurements.

Great product
Great product, wouldn’t be without it . This has made significant difference to my joints, skin and helps at night with sleep I normally make a frothy hot chocolate taken alongside the magnesium capsules.

Initially I was pleased but did not notice any improvement in the joints. Then I found I was allergic to fish but not knowing which fish you used I stopped taking it for a while to see what happened. I tried Bovine for a while but did not rate it really. I still have allergies. Will restart Correxiko again shortly.

Delivery usually late
Like the product but i have it on subscription for every month but always seems to come later than i expect which means gabe a 4-5 day break .im guessing that’s not great to get the full benefits

Easy to take but unsure about results
I've been taking the collagen powder & the collagen capsules since around 2024. I like that they are tasteless and there is no after taste. The collagen powder mixes in well to my tea. I'm unsure as to why I can't take a bigger dose of the collagen powder instead of having to take x4 additional collagen capsules... I'm going through peri-menopause, so experiencing plenty of aches & pains in my body - can't say these collagen supplements are helping with those at the moment. I also have a meniscus tear in my knee - I was really hoping taking this collagen would help but I felt no difference. I'm not sure in which way this supplement is helping my body although I've persevered and continued taking it and hope that it's doing something good....
