Minimal customer service.
Two stars, but only because I got my money back. This is the shopping experience that made checking Trust Pilot a prerequisite before purchasing anything from a Facebook ad again going forward. I ordered an item, was charged, but they ran out of stock. It took multiple attempts to get my money back. I was never able to talk to a live person. All responses via different modalities resulted in what appeared to be generic, possibly AI generated responses that did not lead to results. Finally, I tried texting and got an actual response and a refund.

I used to love this company. Have many bralettes of them. Disappointment started when I bought 2 maternity bralettes wich broke in a few weeks. Costumer service said it no longer had warranty.
Recently I bought a swimsuit. It had absolutely zero support. The bralettes are great but the swimwear is a disaster. I bought it in sale, so I cant return, be aware of that.
They lost me as a costumer.

Awful! Used to buy a lot from them when they were in Italy - didn’t realise my stuff was coming from USA - have now been waiting for 3 weeks and been told to wait a bit longer - never again!!
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! You cannot return/exchange SALE items (not just final sale items, which one expects) which is ridiculous for an online retailer. I bought two items that were on sale (I never buy anything not on sale!) that were too large and was unable to return or exchange them. Ludicrous.
Won’t order from them again
I took a chance and ordered 2 bralettes which were on sale. The Jhansi bralette was the worst of the 2 items. The lace was very itchy instead of soft and the tight elastic band under the bust was miserably tight and itchy and left my skin marked by the elastic.
Every part of the bralette showed under tops and not in a flattering way.
I followed the sizing guide and the fit was appropriate. I was very disappointed in “final sale” for only $10-15 off of regular price. New customers should be allowed to return first purchase to account for size and fit on the first order. And, it’s not like the sale items were deeply discounted, they were not.
I received the usual email for review which I completed, similar to this one. It was not posted by Cosabella. This was an expensive lesson to experience. Don’t be fooled by the models showing the bras. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 137 lb
Zero customer service
Looks like Cosabella has recently moved everything to operate from the USA, and their customer support has evaporated into thin air. I've been a customer for a couple of years, when orders were still filled in and shipped from within the EU. This time: no notice that shipping times were changing since orders are shipping from the US, extra wait for customs clearance, and I can't get any kind of response from customer service. I might have put up with the first two, but definitely not with the third as well.
This company is no longer worth my time or my money; they have lost me as a customer.

Sizing is small but good experience with returning
Unfortunately the item I ordered was too small so had to return via DHL. My refund appeared 3 working days after returning so for me this was a very positive experience but wouldn't order again due to the sizing.

Io non lo ho mai ricevuto, dal 7 giugno provo a contattarli senza nessuna risposta. il pacco risulta fermo a Fiumicino, perché l'indirizzo è sbagliato, nessuno mi contatta. Io ho provato in tutti i modi a cambiare indirizzo, senza risultato.
They stole my money
They never sent the delivery. They stole my money and never gave me a refund.
Returns never processed
Like others here, I sent back an over-priced item in March that was too small (sized incorrectly), two days after I received it. I paid for shipping to receive it and it looked like it was shipped to me from a UK warehouse. Imagine then my surprise that I had to pay £13+ in shipping to send it to Italy.
It is now June and I have yet to be refunded, nor has anyone followed up with me, despite several attempts to maintain open communication with them about this issue.
I understand there was an unexplained "customs" issue but I feel like their response in May of, "Is still in customs, unfortunately we can't do anything but wait" is unacceptable.
They promise "hassle free returns" but this experience has been anything but that. It is their responsibility to consult the Italian customs office and to get help from a customs broker.
My Royal Mail tracking number is LP916410507GB in case you want to witness this ridiculous experience.
You'll notice my item was "released from customs" in April on the 17th, but STILL, they have not processed my return or sent me back my money.
I'll never purchase from them again. I will be filing a complaint with my bank. Their lack of communication and care is dismissive and dishonest.

I ordered from Cosabella three weeks ago, and, not knowing they ship with Fedex, gave them an address that works for DHL only. The parcel was returned to Italy. I contacted the customer service. They promised to reship with the correct address. Instead nothing happened and the parcel was reshipped to the DHL address once more. Most likely the parcel will go back to Italy again. This is the last time I'm ordering for this company!

I had a terrible experience with Cosabella return service. I returned 7 items but was reimbursed only for 5. I sent everything back in one bag but the say they didn’t receive it which impossible. And I also listed all the items in the return formuler.

Beautiful looking… however I’ve spent hundreds in the last year and all the underwear with lace is awful even when washed on cold and line dried in the house. What a waste!

I did a review of Cosabella last week saying I did not get my items that cost me 100 $ CANADAIN but thank ful today my order came and it fit me good ! I was worried about this company but they came through for me which I am thankful I don’t know why it took so long getting here and them getting back to me !
Bras are made mostly of polyamide....
The bras are made from polyamide. Please research this on your own. I almost bought one until I looked up the material. There is NO cotton in this bra. Polyamide is used in many manufacturing industries, and is in fact used in Kevlar. It is extracted from monomers like crude oil or petroleum (fossil fuels). I am NOT an environmentalist. I am simply a consumer who almost bought this product. I do NOT want it on my private parts where the body is warm and exposed. Sorry. And yes, they are trying to make me take this down.

Do not buy clothes from here. They will not offer fair returns on their poorly sized clothing. I am $200 poorer because they will not accept my return on their nursing bras. Was just trying to feel comfortable in this stage of life. Their moto is "for people" which could not be further from the truth.
