Purchased Laundry Products, Shipment was delayed, offered refund but chose to wait.
Received order in full and perfect condition within 6 weeks and was given a $50 gift card for waiting.
Gift Card Purchase arrived in about 10 days

Via email the Company said they will be refunding orders purchased in August. However, they have not refunded any monies which I paid via direct debit, emailed them today and it just bounce back, checked with security commission website and it does not say anything is a miss but does show an address and names of the persons who have the ABN for Cosby Superstore. I do know what to do from here, fraud, I lost around $300 but my daughter lost about $400.

I purchased an order through afterpay. Order as never sent. Cosbys did not reply to over a dozen emails & afterpay confirmed they are waiting for a refund from cosbys still. It's been 7 weeks and still waiting. Meanwhile, I've paid for the order and appear to have lost my money. I can assure you hundreds of people who ordered this particular product (Omo) are out of pocket. Well done Cosbys, you've scammed lots of people's hard earned money.

I’d rate 0. When messaging prior to ordering they reply. Fake order no and tracking no. State delivered without evidence of delivery. Items not delivered and no response seeking refund or clarification. I lost my money with them.

Still haven't received my refund from an order that never turned up. Emails and messages been totally ignored.

SCAM! I would say don’t even bother but they have now shut down their website so you can’t even.
Stupid me should have seen it after the OMO debacle and even thought their offers seemed too good to be true. The be filed a complaint with the Ombudsman, like someone else said, they’ve said they’ve issued refunds but they don’t have anyone’s details as they only accepted bank transfers (stupid me). 🙄

Scammers and liars. They take your money and even try to say they are legit when you call them out. They have now stated they have refunded me. More lies as they don’t have my account details. Company states they are in nsw another lie. If you like your money then don’t order anything from them. You will never see the goods or your money again

Placed order 3 weeks ago and they gave me a order number to track, which was from their own branded courier (don't exist). Asked for tracking update last night and within an hour later they claimed it had been shipped and delivered (within 1 minute of each other). They stuffed up and tried to back date the delivery and tried saying it was on board for delivery 4 days later. I have screenshots to prove. Got my refund back through afterpay after 20 mins of lodging dispute. Do not buy from cosby's superstore.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. I received 2 emails saying my (overdue) orders have been delivered despite my being home all day and nothing arriving. What a farce.

I have lodged a Police Complaint for Fraud in order to have the Financial and Cyber Crime Group investigate. Whilst this does not retrieve any money, it may stop this company from false advertising and taking peoples hard earned money. To retrieve funds spent, a civil case is required which is currently being prepared. For the small amount it is, there is no fee and I have the time to waste on this. I placed several orders, of which none have been delivered. Lodged a Return Money form with my bank to which Cosby's denied the return of funds.

If I could give no stars I would spent about $400 on a few orders on 8th august saying that it will be between 19th- 21st august. I have emailed them no reply. Their fulfilment centre is linked to e commerce and I rang them and they said they are a scam and that they don’t deal with them. They are not registered for GST and charging GST beware they are scammers. Trying to dispute through afterpay and zippay to get my money back. Have not received any of my orders.

No delivery received. No emails responded too. I feel really scammed and frustrated & will report to ACCC

They are 100% scammers, I ordered some products almost a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered more than a week ago . Tried to contact them but they don’t have any customer service number. Wrote an email to them no response yet.

Have tried to contact them with no replies ever! Regret the orders I have placed as it looks like I’ll never receive them. Disgusting that they can rip people off like this! I’m reporting them to consumer affairs as soon as!!
