Really disappointing experience with Cosmetica - such a shame because i’ve always loved your tiktok’s and the brand. Unfortunately, I could not make my appointment today as a car overturned on the M40. I was mindful of my travel time as it takes an hour to get to you and i left three hours before the appointment. when i found out about the incident, i messaged you guys an hour and a half before my appointment to let you know what had happened and was told i could reschedule as nobody could see me any later. To then be told that my deposit wouldn’t stand for the new appointment and i’d have to pay another £50 to book in again. Your team also posted a story immediately after i messaged to say that we need to be ‘mindful’ when travelling. This is whilst another person is receiving potentially life saving care - with their being 2 fire engines, 5 ambulances and 5 police cars on the scene of the accident. Completely tone deaf and disappointing from you guys - I appreciate that procesures are in place for a reason but this is a complete failure to adapt to extenuating circumstances. i will not be rescheduling my appointment with Cosmetica and I would advise everyone else to think twice before booking with your team either.Your team also deleted my comment on your instagram. Really poor.

I made a deal on the price based on the package they provided. Then suddenly they asked me that O have to pay $600-$800 dollars more!!! When I said I cannot do it since it wasn’t the deal, the said then we can so less grafts!!They just came up with stupid things like, “do you need the anesthesia injection?” They charged me extra for that!

Also got picked up at 5:30 am with 5 other guys, got to the clinic seeing 12-14 more. I was waiting till after 10 to finally start the procedure. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

First time use, site was easy to navigate , prices good, delivery time we described. Had small issue they resolved it right away

So i brought some aqualyx and needles from here. Once I received I realised they were the wrong ones and emailed straight away to return. I took a picture of the box with the order sheet I printed to return to show its been unopened. They received it on the 12th and by the 26th I've had no refund or replies to my emails. They then stated they only received the parcel last night in the warehouse being the 25th.I chased it up to be told the box was missing a needle and it was obviously opened. This isn't the case as I took a picture of it all sealed. The company said well no one in our warehouse would open it and take a needle. What a joke, shocking customer service. I'm now down £45 plus the shipping and can't see me getting a refund anytime soon. Avoid unless you'd like to be called a liar and want to loose out on money. Im shocked at the customer service as was quick enough to take my money! I'll be contacting my bank.

Horrific customer service. Bullying tactics and no items delivered. I was warned about this company repeatedly but went ahead anyway. I will NEVER use them again

First time ordering fillers from this company ordered Friday with a shipping cost of 9.99 next day delivery after ordering i got a email saying as soon as your item has shipped you will get update with tracking well its now Monday evening and still no update about shipping im just glad i used paypal to purchase looks like i will be opening a dispute as this company dont seem very trustworthy also charging people 9.99 delivery next day rip off as not the case I would not recommend this company at all only used the site as desperately needed filler even if it does show up its no good to me now to late as bought some off a friend as needed asap

Thats scam. Buy something from this company and then send you cheaper wrong products. When you try to contact them, nobody answer you.Be very careful about this website.
