I purchased some items and whilst most of them were great, a couple of them did not come in a very good condition. My Olay cleanser unfortunately had the label put on so that it was halfway round the bottle. My biggest disappointment was when I shared this with the customer service team and they tried to make out that there was nothing wrong with it. This isn’t something that I would put up with in a regular store, so why is it something that I would put up with having had it delivered online? I was then told I could send it back for a refund, but I had to take it down to the post office myself, and pay for the delivery.

My experience with Cosmetic Capital was excellent, and far exceeded my expectations.

I had an issue with 2 products, they asked me to return "2" products, refused to credit one of them and when I asked them to send it back they wanted to charge me $8.95 for postage which I refuse to pay so essentially they have stolen from me. DO NOT TRUST.

They forgot to include an item in my order and refused to provide it once I notified them. A bottle of foundation isn't going to get lost amongst packaging. A little customer service beyond the "policy" would have gone a long way for a regular customer for the sake of $15.

I have ordered from cosmetic capital 3 times now. Great prices, great products. They frequently have new items. I always check this site before ordering makeup and skincare else where. The $50 packs are great value too.

There the horrible cosmetic place I know they overcharged me for advent calendar it was the first time I had brought one it looks nothing like picture and they wouldn't even get back to so I have a refund

I have suggested cosmetic capital products by a friend n I m telling u these are wondersome .. I m using various product from last six month n find it so soothing relaxing n worth repeating. I do use them regularly n there's no allergies or side effects. I highly recommend to use it as daily care of our well being

I bought 7 different products and everything I bought was high quality and the prices were 50 to 70% off, absolute bargain and shipping was super quick. I received my goods in 3 days and that was standard delivery and well packaged. Definitely recommend especially if you are on a tight budget...
