Like many others here, I have never received my package.
The company refers to the shipping company who says they delivered.
The shipping company refers back to Cosmetific if I have not received the package.
Now I have surveillance cameras on the road / outside the house and no courier has been on site at the time stated.
This is clearly a scam company, DO NOT BUY!

Super pretty and fun to use! I keep mine in the fridge and use it with rosehip oil to reduce redness and puffiness. Not sure if it’s magic yet, but it makes me feel great and the cooling effect is amazing. For the price, it’s totally worth it—even if it’s not perfectly symmetrical.

Facial device quits working just after warantee
When I got the facial red light therapy device, my first impression was that it looked much cheaper in person than advertised. When I used it, it was loud and had a rough feel on my face as the red lights were not smoothly embedded into the device, but looked like popped in add-ons. Still, it did seem to improve my face appearance and texture for the first few weeks.
Then, I noticed the battery wouldn't last long at all even after just getting it. Soon the battery wouldn't re-charge at all. By this time, I had just past the 30 day return window. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the return window had closed and they would not replace, repair or refund the product even though it was a very costly purchase and the product is now completely unable to be used.
I keep the device next to my desk as a reminder to never order online products that popup in the YouTube feed - as they so often are cheaply made in China junk and have no service behind them

Imported fake goods from overseas into Australia unbranded not stamped Cosmetific on beauty face device.
Your not receiving what you saw online and how it looks and described. It doesn't come in Cosmetific box which it should of came in. Comes from a dodgy warehouse in Australia and they use a scam sender address in Australia.DODGY They also won't give you a refund if you want to return it. RED FLAG.
Proceed with CAUTION. There stealing your money if I could off, they would of got no stars from me their CROOKS. They are a SCAM watch out don't get stung they swallow up your money.I f I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD OF NOT TICKED ON ANY BOX.

Unfortunately I never tried the product as it was not delivered (left in unsecured location).
Been getting the run about for nearly 3 weeks now, pending there investigation, which is nothing short of a circus.
They have come back and told me to contact AusPost… giving me the tracking number for PFL/courier used originally.
They will not disclose to me if they authorised courier to leave unattended or not.
I would have happily paid postage myself so this would not have happened.
Upon ordering they had requested I give them another address over an AusPost parcel locker which I originally listed… because the courier won’t deliver to a postal locker (AusPost wouldn’t have that problem either).
I was looking forward to giving the device a go… but now I think dealing with this company when things go wrong has left some frown lines for sure.

I ordered the glow device. It came with a charging cord (USC -> USB). Despite trying this cord and multiple charging devices and cords it never successfully charged. I have used it twice and now it cuts out ever 10secs..it is not usable and doesnt work.

My products have never arrived, that I have ordered fir almost 2 months ago. First they told me to wait, than they told they will send a replacement. I asked for a refund instead, because I don’t want to wait 2 months more for something that won’t arrive. They ignore my request, and still talk about checking up with the shipping company. Their customer service is so bad, they don’t follow up on previous mails from me, and pretend every time like it’s the first time they hear about my issue.
Don’t buy from them!

Absolutely appalling service, it was unauthorised purchase and I have contacted them straight away, asking them to cancel the order and refund the amount. However, they have come back to me stating weird policy like 59min hold time then it gets processed automatically. But then I showed them that my order was placed @ 22:43 and I sent an e-mail asking to cancel on 23:01, so I was still within my 59 min cooling off period. The customer service now shut down on me and they have stopped replying.
The glowtouch, I read from other reviews that it was like straight order from Shein etc. do not buy from this vendor, it is massive scam.
I will be reporting them to the relevant merchandise watch. Everyone consumer has the right to cancel within 24 hours, you get that chance even when buying flights as well.

I hadn't received the initial parcel. The carrier the company used was unable to provide a legal proof of delivery. STILL NO OFFER OF REFUND - NO OFFER OF RESENDING THE PRODUCT. They recontacted me 2 months after and wrote they were sorry and that they would resend the item. BUT then THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND ! I’ve never seen such level of unprofessionalism. They LATER changed their minds again after reading this review and finally sent the Product. It felt like a miracle when I did receive it. It's a nice tool to have for your beauty routine but nothing groundbreaking.

I am writing this review to publicly denounce this company for using my TikTok videos without my permission to promote their business. This is a blatant violation of copyright and image rights. Their actions are not only unethical but also illegal.
I am currently taking the necessary legal steps to file a formal complaint and report this company to the relevant authorities and platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. A company that starts its operations by stealing the work of others cannot and should not be trusted.
