Don't trust their "55" or however many point inspection they claim to check. Me and my wife traded in two cars for different ones and have had nothing but problems with both cars and with communicating with Cosmo.
-Its been months and requested loan paperwork many times and they still won't give it to us.
-They never paid off one of our old car loans in a timely manner which drastically hit and lowered our credit score and they have done nothing to help. We call and call, they put us on hold , No call backs or any sense of urgency to fix this major issue.
-After numerous check engine lights shortly after purchasing, $3,500 in repairs, Zero compensation or help.
I recommend steering in another direction if you are wanting a car from this place, They are friendly and had a good time while there but its been a hot mess since then and without any help from them it is in our attorneys hands at this point for compensation and credit damages

When I originally purchased my truck a few weeks ago, I thought Cosmos Motors had a good group of people there. I am older and have always purchased new cars, this was my first preowned vehicle. Now that the dust has settled, I am two weeks in on this vehicle and a check engine light came on. I contacted my salesman and explained the issue. I know these purchases are "AS IS", but two weeks after buying a truck that went through a vigorous inspection and brag about how great their mechanics are, I would expect better! My salesman said he would talk with the sales manager and get back to me. Well he never did, I had to reach back out to him. Then he said he just got busy and forgot, but would go talk with him - STILL NO RESPONSE! Funny how much attention you get when you are looking to buy! Well, the dealer is charging me $115.00 to run a diagnostics test, then there will be the cost of repairs! Even with "AS IS", buying a car should be an exciting time, fun and a satisfied feeling! And since word of mouth is the strongest advertisement, you would think they would follow up! (NO ONE HAS FROM COSMOS, SO DON"T REPLY TO THIS POST THAT YOU HAVE!) The other issue was financing, as I said this is my first used vehicle. I wasn't familiar with financing on used vehicles. I have excellent credit over 800, I was concerned about the 7.05% interest rate. I was going to reach out to find my own financing, but the finance guy Chance told me these are the type of rates that come with used vehicles and longer-term loans. He said It's what I will find anywhere I go. My bad I trusted the people I was buying a vehicle from! Well, buyer beware I found the same term loan now at four different companies ranging from 3.20%, 3.34%, 3.49% and 3.99%! SO, IF YOU HAVE GOOD OR EXCELLENT CREDIT AND WANT A CAR FROM COSMOS MOTORS, FIND YOUR OWN! THEY APPARENTLY MAKE MONEY PUTTING YOU INTO A HIGHER INTEREST RATE! ALL AROUND, I WOULD SAY BUYER BEWARE!!! WAS ALSO ASKED TO SIGN A BLANK COPY OF MY SALES AGREEMENT DO TO A PRINTER ISSUE, WAS TOLD PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS AND THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME A COPY PROPERLY PRINTED! STILL NOTHING IN THE MAIL! THEY SAY THE VIDEO TAPE AND RECORD ALL TRANSACTIONS, WELL I HOPE THAT IS TRUE!!!
