The Cotswold Company - Knutsford Avis 

Went to the store in Knutsford.
The store had a good stock of goods and we had a choice of items.
Two sofa table and a bed we chose.
Delivery is surprisingly quick.
Very helpful staff.
We're going back next month for a nest of tables that matches.

We bought a dining table and it was exactly what we wanted. We were kept updated on delivery times.
Bernard / Joe built the product for us. They were respectful and extremely careful and tidy. They were really friendly and had everything built and packaging removed in 15 mins. They explained how everything worked and even put it in its final position. Couldn't ask for more!

Anthony and Dan (delivery team)arrived on time, built and tidied all the packaging (took it with them) well worth paying for Cotswold to build it if you can afford it.
Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
Only concern is they gave us a 06:30-09:30 delivery. 😂

You were redeemed by the second delivery team who were from the Cotswold Company.The first delivery failed because the delivery firm(not yours)went to the wrong address compounded by the fact your shop assistant did not pass on our phone number.When bookcase finally delivered(great quality) one leg had a missing plastic foot.Therefore good in parts but no attention to detail.

The delivery team, Ryan and Mus were great. They kept me advised of their arrival - the message as they were nearby was really useful and saved unnecessary waiting. They arrived on time, were incredibly polite and courteous.

Wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable staff - Sara was exceptional, both in terms of her design eye and also her patience, in coming up with a new cushion scheme for a pair of sofas. Thank you Sara. Everyone I have dealt with in the Knutsford store has been cheerful and full of positive customer focused energy.

Ardington Garden Corner Sofa Set - excellent delivery by Fred & Abel who were very professional and polite - they made easy work of unpacking all the pieces and placing it where we requested. The furniture itself is really beautiful. Aged, grey rattan with lovely curved detailing on the arms - it looks like it’s come straight out of a pretty Cotswolds cottage garden! The cushions are plump and comfy with excellent quality, thick fabric. The extra 2 stools are proving to be very versatile as we’ve used them indoors too. The table is brilliant in the way it can be set at a coffee table height or raised for eating meals/playing games. This garden set will give my family a comfortable place to spend many hours together whilst also looking beautiful in the garden! Great quality and value garden set which will give us years of enjoyment.

Purchased stunning bedroom furniture which was delivered by two amazing and efficient guys, Sam & Igors arrived at 7.40am on time and unpacked speedily but with care and respect for my home and the furniture. Great guys all rubbish removed.. but most importantly they took time to say hellos to my two rescue boxers….

Looked online for dining room table and chairs set and found the perfect match. Decided to visit the Knutsford store to look in person which was a great help. The staff were brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. Received a delivery time of 3 hours the day before delivery. The guys ( Mathew and Tristan) arrived on time and were great. Very polite and helpful

Very helpful staff. Sara & Sylvia gave me some good advice when I was making furniture choices and also very helpful when processing my order .
