Much to my embarrassment I rang up to say that I had been despatched the wrong fabric when actually I had ordered the wrong fabric !!
However I live locally and Jayne popped in on her way home to swap the fabric for me as I can’t currently drive and have run out of that fabric for my current project.
If you fancy a day out .. go to the shop.. it’s lovely. I’m very lucky to live close by.
They are always happy to discuss a project and lovely customer service

Loved the product and the communication, the only issue i have is the time they took to despatch my order. This is the are of their business they must improve.

Material, packaging and communication is 100%.
Post is poor compared to other businesses, so i will leave a 4 star based on the time it took them to dispatch my order.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
I telephoned my order and received my Liberty fat quarters today, I reqested my order late on Wednesday.

Ran out of material just before I was about to complete a project. Ordered online & received material within four days. Exactly what I wanted & I completed on time…excellent service & would certainly use again…..Christening gift ready on time.

fabulous range of fabrics , easy to use website . I loved that as I was selecting a large selection of fabric that I could just add to my basket so easily then edit my order from the basket where I could see my whole selection all together . I had great fun just clicking away then reducing to the number of fabrics that I required . The order arrived very quickly and I am absolutely delighted with my selection and the quality of the fabrics . The website colours are also very accurate to the actual products which gives me confidence ordering in the future . First class .

I have been teaching a young person new to sewing how to use a sewing machine, and I wanted to give them a few pieces of fabric that I thought they would like to start them on their sewing journey. I am no longer able to go into the shop as I have moved to another area so I ordered a variety of fabrics online from the sale range so that I could get quality fabric at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my purchase. The colours and designs matched well with the website. They arrived well packaged in a few days. Thank you

Excellent service. I ordered on line and received the parcel efficiently and quickly.

Placed an order on 29 November, received email today at 10.49 saying that order had been despatched. 12.50 received another email saying fabric was out of stock or rather the amount I wanted was out of stock and they only had 3 small bits left no good when you want one & half metre. Clearly it had not been despatched at all! Have called and requested full refund.

I ordered a jelly roll which was out of stock. Dawn emailed me and telephoned. She cut me 15 1/4 metres of fabric in the same colours to replace the fabric and labelled each one so that I can order more if necessary. Such amazing service. The Cotton Patch is definitely my go to fabric shop and I would highly recommend them.

The Cotton Patch is my go to place for buying a range of fabrics and things for needlecraft projects. They stock a fantastic range of beautiful fabrics, they communicate well, and aim to please in every way. I am happy with the value for money also. In particular, Dawn is amazing! She does a great job, and is really nice on the phone. And a speedy delivery too. I have had many orders and never a mistake. Many thanks

unfortunately, it isn't specified on the actual fabric page that the fabrics are long quarters not fat quarters. I can still use the long quarters but only just (it's for bookbinding not quilting, maybe don't assume everyone who wants these fabrics is a quilter, there *are* other crafts).
Delivery wasn't super quick either, took a week to arrive, the postage costs aren't that cheap.
I'll probably order again, but only because the options for fabric in this country are limited.

Never actually got my order. Ordered on Saturday and it said it would be 24/48 hours. On Thursday (by which time my order should have arrived) they contact me to say they can't actually fulfill a large part of my order and I'll have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it. I think they could have let me know on Saturday they didn't have it. I've cancelled my order and will go elsewhere. They did at least apologise but they should have got back to me much faster if they couldn't supply it.

I love your excellent customer service at Cotton Patch. Worth the annoying customs charge to France because I can trust the fabric quality and your care in ensuring I get what I need. I’ve not been able to find a better provider with the range and quality, and the knowledge you have.

I've ordered several quilt related items from Cotton Patch over the years and each time they have been great.

The items have arrived within a couple of days, except in circumstances beyond their control and in those cases, I've been kept updated on progress.

Their fabric is always cut generously. Packages are well packed and arrive in good condition.

My latest experience has surpassed my expectations. I ordered Electric Quilt 8 software at lunchtime on Friday. The package was delivered by 10.30am on Saturday.

I'd also forgotten to add the book, phoned the store and they were extremely helpful, adding it to ship with the software.

In this day and age, it's refreshing to find good customer service via online.

I’ve bought from this website a couple of times. The search function on the website is no good at all but once you finally find what you’re looking for then the products are great and the prices are low. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Difficult buying fabric for my next quilt online. Staff immensely helpful by email. Changed my mind several times but Jayne accommodated my requests. Lovely Kaffe Fassett charm packs. Swift delivery for the cold, wet and snowy weekend. Quilt top almost pieced! Thank you.
