Bought a humidifier and received it well packaged in a week at a great price...even with overseas shipping! They are legit!

I have been using Cpapninja (formerly cpapman) for years now and the speed, quality and pricing is superior to any other cpap supplier there is. I have had severe sleep apnea since 2006, and have used several different suppliers over the years, but none come close to the service I get from Cpapninja!

The ordering and delivery were quick. However, writeup did not specify it comes with reservoir. This caused me to order a part I did not need, but return shipping is too costly to return the reservoir.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent order. While I was very impressed with your service—the purchase process was seamless and the items were shipped the next day—I experienced significant issues with the delivery.

UPS held my package at a facility only 25 minutes from my home for four days before completing the delivery. When I contacted them to request a pickup, I was told it was not allowed. This delay was unacceptable given how quickly the items were originally dispatched.

I appreciate the great work on your end, but I wanted to make you aware of these issues with the carrier.

Everything arrived and my order was shipped like I requested. I would recommend using this company for all your cpap supplies.

I’m not sure why, but I literally used the machine w its intended prescription and didn’t feel even the slightest difference at all. I so looked forward to being able to breathe just to be left out of breath anyways. Totally disappointed.
