Used to collect parcel after 2-3 days from nz. Now from Australia takes over a week. Otherwise all good service. Just wish I didn’t have to use machine.

Really disappointed
I ordered from this company because their website indicated with their url that they were a NZ company. They even had a NZ phone number. It’s been 10 days and still no mask. Why, because they are an Australian company . I ended up buying another one from nz company. In my opinion a dishonest misleading company

Legit company. Received all goods ordered and as expected, but delivery did take longer than expected. I had to wrap my hose in plastic wrap to manage through the night.
