My cat sadly passed away and was individually cremated by CPC via the vets he was seen at. On the couple of occasions that I needed to contact them, the advisors I spoke to were very kind and my cat was cremated soon after collection from the vets. The casket box that I chose to receive his ashes back in to keep is beautiful, as is the card with his date of cremation. It was all thoughtfully presented and very reassuring.

I very sadly had to have my gorgeous border collie Jake put to sleep December 2024. I am still so heartbroken that Jake is no longer here. Jake was my world. So from the bottom of my heart Thank You. To be able to do a tribute to Jake on his anniversary, his birthday and at christmas (Jake loved christmas father christmas always brought him loads of presents and Jake opened every single one) is fantastic.

Had to put my little girl down two weeks ago. Cremation was arranged through my vet. Picked up her ashes today.
Box has her name on it along with her fur in a couple of lovely tubes with her name on it which I now suspect was done by the vet given the circumstances.
Opened up the box to find a card inside.. for your pet "Jarvis". My pets name was Mitzi. How do you get Jarvis from Mitzi? Vet assures me this is my cats ashes but how can a professional company dealing with something so sensitive on a day to day basis get something as basic as the pets name wrong. Could you imagine doing this to someone's relative? To say I'm devastated is an understatement, how will I ever know for sure if this is my little girl and not someone else's beloved pet Jarvis. Yes there's a unique identifier but whose to say this is not wrong as well?
I never thought I'd need to say this but I'll definitely be asking who my vet uses for this situation in the future.

I cannot thank CPC enough for how much love, care and just there pure good intentions whilst my dog fern was in there care waiting to be cremated. From her journey from Basildon to Cambridge to the care and reasurance from the staff to being notified when she was ready to come home, communication was outstanding. The ladies i spoke to after calling a few times as iv never dealt with this before were for imformative, helpful and even made sure i was okay and had so much interuirty when i explained how much my children loved Our family dog so much. We miss her but CPC made the transition from her being put the sleep to coming home so much eaiser.
I had many questions and i got the responce from every person i spoke to straight away. To say the team at CPC Cambridge are accomodating doesnt even cut it. What wonderful people you are!
Not to mention how truly amazing the cards/paw prints/ashes box etc are!! i will never use anyone else if i needed this kind of service again!

My beautiful girl Tink went to rainbow bridge on 23rd December 2025 and i arranged for her cremation with cpc,
I phoned them up paid for her cremation and casket then was told she would be collected on 24th December as that was their next collection date for my vet,
I messaged them on 28th December to ensure my girl was collected ok from the vets only to be told she was not and she was still at the vet meaning over the Christmas period she was left alone in a fridge at the vet until they would collect her on 30th December with no communication from cpc on either 24th or 27th December when they were open to inform me they didn’t collect her,
That being said i then spoke to a lovely guy named lewis who went above and beyond to ensure i was kept in the loop and knew every step that was happening including explaining what happened and why she wasn’t collected on the date i was told over the phone, he made every step easier, he didn’t give false promises or anything he was amazing,
They collected her on 30th December and lewis emailed to let me know, he also expedited her being sent home to me of which she was meant to be brought home by APC courier on 6th January but they failed with 3 different excuses why he didn’t deliver,
I phoned lewis who was there and did everything in his power to find out what was going on and why it was important for them to deliver her back to me,
She was thankfully brought home to me today 7th January and again lewis was there with an email making she she made it home ok and safe,
I am so so grateful to lewis and what he did for me and Tink that man deserves a promotion a raise and everything else he is an absolute asset to cpc team,
Would i recommend CPC cares 100% i would just because of lewis, he made such a hard hard time that little bit easier and i am forever grateful to him for that,
All the negative reviews about them honestly are a little ridiculous, people expecting too much from a company doing all they can to ensure your beloved pet is cherished and cared for like you would do yourself,

I'm genuinely surprised to see so many bad reviews. Our vet has used this company twice now, once for our beloved dog Jasper and now our beautiful cat Edgar. Both times they have come back to us in beautiful scatter tubes, a lock of hair, paw prints and a wonderful certificate of cremation with kind words. We couldn't be happier in the circumstances and on both occasions felt our babies were cared for. Thank you xxxx

It was the worst day! Expected it to be horrific, losing our boy and it really was.
Having said that, I made the call to CPC and spoke with 2 women. The first was kind and so caring. Took the time to explain every detail through my snotty sobs.
Gave me timescales and fees, ALL with the utmost respect and patience.
I couldn't complete the call due to my distress.
I called back a second time and spoke to another lady who was equally as lovely.
I was given options for cremation and casket. Made aware of the process and got to choose the inscription on his casket.
My boy arrived home this morning in a beautiful beech casket. Its perfect and even the delivery company used were respectful and professional.

On Tues 11 Nov 2025 (Remembrance Day) my beautiful Sascha (Doberman) was cremated at CPC.
My initial contact by phone was with Ruben who talked me through what happens on the day & made the necessary arrangements, by the end of the call I felt a lot more at ease.
Prior to & the day of the cremation I was apprehensive having not gone through this service before but I hoped & wanted a memorable day despite the heartache.
On the day we were met by Vivienne who thoroughly explained everything prior to our time with Sascha & what to expect.
Anxiously we went into a suite to spend some time with our lovely girl.
The ambiance of the suite was just perfect for the occasion, we instantly felt at ease, comfortable & I was personally overwhelmed as to how much care had taken place & most importantly our beautiful Sascha looked totally at peace ❤️
Vivienne & Ruben thank you both for making our day most comforting & memorable & thank you also to the team at CPC for taking care of Sascha & treating her with respect... Thank you 🐾

Cpc doesn't care should be their company name. Had my beautiful boy for 15yrs so wanted him to be individually cremated and sent home in a beech casket that I paid for in full. The first casket arrived cracked so I had to ring up and ask for a new one to be sent out meaning I was going to have to handle my boys ashes which is something i didn't feel at all ready to do. The second one came and it was a completely different size (too small to fit my dog in). They said this was because when he arrived he was bigger than expected so they upgraded his casket to a bigger one and someone clearly didn't update the system with his actual weight even though I asked 4 times if they required his weight as he was on the bigger side of his breed and was told no each time I had asked, meaning I was sent out a medium casket which he won't fit in. I spoke to the manager who offered me a urn instead but all I wanted was the casket I had paid for, they have now sent out a third casket and its finally the right size and not damaged, however its a totally different colour. Cannot be bothered communicating with this company any further so all 3 caskets will be put in the bin and I'll go elsewhere. Absolute nightmare whilst greiveing the loss of my beautiful boy I had for 15yrs, if you want an easy no fuss cremation and your ashes arriving undamaged I'd give these a wide birth!

What a lovely experience from start to finish. I now feel at peace knowing that my fur baby was laid to rest and went through the whole experience with me there to comfort him.

CPC helped make the most devastating time in my life more bearable when I sadly lost both of my beloved dogs within just two months of each other.
The first loss was especially overwhelming. Immediately after my dog was euthanised, the vet began pressing me to make cremation decisions, which felt incredibly distressing in that moment. I chose instead to contact CPC directly - and I’m so glad I did. The staff were compassionate, patient, and deeply understanding. They liaised with the vet and arranged for my dog to be collected, keeping me informed every step of the way. A week later, I received his ashes in the most beautiful casket.
Tragically, we lost our second dog two months later. Because of the care CPC had shown previously, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to them again. This time, I was able to collect my dog from the vet myself and bring him to CPC. We were welcomed with professionalism and empathy, and my dog was treated with the utmost respect. Once again, I received his ashes the following week.
I wholeheartedly recommend dealing with CPC directly rather than through the vet - not only for their compassion and professionalism, but also because there are no hidden or additional vet fees to worry about.
I cannot praise Lauren and the entire team at CPC highly enough. Their kindness and support during such a painful time meant the world to me.

My dog sadly had to be put down on 26/9/25, due to how fast things went I was unable to prepare, I was unable to get a paw print of my dog, the vets had closed and I thought my last opportunity for this would be contacting cpccares, I got a cold response from them over this, yes the service isn’t something that’s offered and that’s ok but to respond in the cold way they did at a terrible time just wasn’t ok. A little compassion goes a long way and it just wasn’t shown at all.

Vivian at CPC was brilliant. At a time when we were beside ourselves having lost our family pet, she took the pressure off by making us and our dog very welcome. She showed the perfect amount of genuine sympathy and respect, to which we were totally grateful for. From dropping our dog off, to collecting his ashes, CPC along with Vivian, provided a service beyond what we were expecting. Thank you

My beloved Ted passed away at the weekend. Angie took my call on Saturday and was very caring and arranged for me to take Ted for his cremation. A lovely lady called Vivien met me on arrival and was very compassionate. The men that helped with Ted were very respectful. I collected Ted’s ashes today. Although a very sad time, it was very dignified. Thank you.
