We had our new kitchen supplied by the Edinburgh showroom. Initially Jordan started the project then Janet stepped in while he was off sick. Janet is just amazing at what she does. So down to earth, I felt sad knowing our kitchen was ordered and just awaiting fitting and no more appointments with Janet. I enjoyed our wee chats, she’s so nice! Alan makes a fab cup of tea 👌lol. It really doesn’t feel like a pressured sell. We were recommended a company for installation which we felt confident in using. GI joinery were fantastic! Gary and Sol were so professional and the other trades they brought on board were spot on, such nice people. Would I use Creative Homes Scotland again…100%!!! their service is second to none. Just wish Gary and his gang lived closer as I’d have them back to do lots of work, but it’s just a tad too far for them

Just had the most beautiful bathroom installed by creative homes.
After seeing this bathroom in the show home over a year ago we were instantly in love but weren't in a position to buy yet. Thankfully a year later on our return the exact bathroom was on sale as ex-display!!!!
The whole process has been smooth and exceeded our expectations from initial measurement to design to fitting.
We are now left with the most stunning five star hotel style bathroom which you wouldn't have a clue came from a show room.
A couple of hiccups/ delays during fitting which were quickly rectified.
Couldn't fault creative homes and will certainly be back for our next house project!!

After initial design problems Mark Binnington (Operations Director) and all the staff involved went above and beyond and gave us the toilet we desired. The finished result is perfect. We saw an advert and went to the showroom where Ken could not have been more helpful and the service was top class. The plumber was very good as well as the joiner and painter.

Recently had a kitchen installed by creative homes scotland 6/4/26 From start to finish we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone Alan went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream kitchen The fitting team was Liam and Blue who were fantastic lads who also went above and beyond and turned our dream kitchen into a reality

We can't recommend Creative Homes enough. We came to the showroom with a dream and they made it reality and more. Everyone from Sandra who designed our kitchen to the whole staff were amazing. When there was one very small issue with the Quooker Tap they went all out to rectify it. The fitters Liam & James were first class and their workmanship and communication was excellent. Absolutely a first class job from start to finish. The whole team made everything so easy and stress free.

Creative Homes in Edinburgh did a wonderful job helping to design and fit our Media Wall. Liam and James the joiners were very pleasant and got on with the job , no messing around and the end result is terrific, they did a great job. All staff at Creative Homes were very helpful.
We would have no problems recommending them.

We went to creative homes in Glenrothes to look at media walls and were impressed by their selection. They offered to come out and give us ideas and take sizes.
Maggie came out and was very helpful and gave us good ideas. We went back to Glenrothes and we seen her plans on the computer which we liked and duly ordered. So three weeks later Liam and Bleu, the fitters came to the house to fit, They were punctual ,polite very tidy and excellent tradesmen. We would thoroughly recommend creative homes for any home improvements ,from start to finish everything went well,

We’re absolutely delighted with our bespoke dressing room. The quality is excellent and it was designed exactly how we wanted it. It was manufactured and delivered within our tight timescales and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Can’t recommend Alan and the team at creative homes enough!

We went to Creative homes to see about a new bathroom Arlene was most helpful in helping make our dream bathroom and were spoilt for choice.Alan the fitter was really great and his work was first class.

I wanted to leave an honest and balanced review of my experience with Creative Scotland.

My main issue throughout the process has been communication. I waited over three weeks for a return call from a Director following my request, but unfortunately that never happened. If senior management can’t return a call, it does make you question how communication filters through the rest of the business.

To be clear, I am happy with the final result, but that is entirely down to the sub-contracted installers, who were professional and did an excellent job. They are paid separately and I would absolutely recommend them.

The issues began early on. The bathroom was initially designed incorrectly after a missed appointment, which I had to chase myself. Measurements were eventually taken, but by then the original consultant had left the company, meaning someone else had to pick up the enquiry. This led to further uncertainty and delays.

Due to the number of red flags, I requested a meeting to decide whether to proceed. I was reassured that everything would be checked and double-checked before ordering and installation. On that basis, I agreed to move forward.

Unfortunately, a number of issues still occurred:

My original installation date couldn’t go ahead due to a cracked basin and damaged wall panels. When I suggested using the identical basin from the Edinburgh showroom, this wasn’t taken forward.

On the day of installation, the wrong size shower tray was delivered — despite assurances everything had been checked.

Panelling boxes arrived unopened, making it unclear how checks had been carried out.

The wrong shower valve was delivered.

The custom-built basin and toilet cistern top were the wrong size.

The basin tap arrived without a fixing bracket.

A replacement tap bracket was sent, but arrived without the bracket again, which I was advised was due to a faulty batch.

Creative took full payment for all hardware prior to installation, yet these repeated issues suggest gaps in process, quality control, and internal communication.

In summary, I would recommend the installers, but my experience with Creative Scotland themselves was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. There is clearly a breakdown somewhere in communication and checking procedures that needs addressing.

We had a new bathroom installed last year and although it looks nice there were a few hiccups along the way. The customer service once we had purchased the bathroom was non existent. The fitters were too rushed. The design was changed slightly on the advice of the fitters as it wasn’t going to work. Despite the designer saying she couldn’t wait to see the finished result we never heard from her again. The shower tray has the drain right at opening door of tray so appears to have been the wrong tray for the bathroom. Wouldn’t use this company again.

liked the initial process and design of our dressing room and although we love the end product, we had to contend with a few hiccups along the way.

We had a media wall fitted earlier this year. Everything was first class and Scott made a brilliant job of fitting it.Would definitely recommend.

From entering the showroom I was made feel welcome. Sandra the designer knew straight away what our vision was and the service was outstanding. I was kept up to date with all the progress and when it was going to be fitted. The fitters were all amazing and so friendly. They have done an outstanding job and no mess left. I can’t recommend them enough and will 100% use them again for further home improvements. Thought it was a lovely touch that the director comes out to your home to inspect bathroom and got a beautiful bouquet of flowers 💐

Recently had a new kitchen installed.
From the start was very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.
Customer service was excellent, any issues or concerns dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.
Kitchen fitters were excellent, hardworking and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the installation throughout.
The quality of the units, fitting etc. are second to none.
Can't thank Mark and his team enough for their service and attention.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new kitchen.
Definitely use this company again for any future renovations.

Both exceeded our expectations. We found the team at Creative Homes to be very friendly and hard working. Alan helped us immeasurably throughout the whole process and Mick, who fitted both our kitchen and bathroom, was particularly helpful. We found the staff at the Glenrothes and the Edinburgh showrooms, when we visited both, were very attentive in answering any questions we might have. Working with a family run business meant that we had very good service from Alan’s team at different stages of the whole process. We have no hesitation in recommending Creative Homes Scotland.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Alan and the team for fitting my kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is absolutely what I envisioned. I’m thrilled with the colour palette, and there’s more than enough storage to keep everything organised. The wardrobe and desk fit perfectly into the bedroom and really complement the space. The quality of the products is excellent, and any issues that came up during the process were addressed and resolved quickly and without any hassle. I couldn't be happier with the end result!

We saw the advert for kitchens on tv and thought we’d go along for a look, we were met at the door by Alan who was very professional. Alan asked what we were looking for and within no time Alan was at my house and designed my beautiful kitchen. Stevie the fitter was brilliant as was Tony the electrician, everything went to plan and did an amazing job. The unique design provided encouraged us to choose Creative Homes for our new kitchen. Despite a few hiccups we are delighted with the finished result. Alan and his team provided reassurance and resolved issues as they arose in a friendly and professional manner

We had some fitted wardrobes installed last year. We are extremely happy with the finished product, however there were a couple of issues. Despite the job being measured twice it was still wrong. The fitters were great, but had to cut the two end wardrobe carcasses to size themselves. This meant the doors didn't fit. We were told the new doors would be delivered a week later at 8.00 am. I had a phone call at ten minutes to eight on the arranged day to say our doors were in Newcastle !! Fair play the fitters drove to Newcastle and returned to complete the job. No apology or offer of compensation was offered. Initial contact excellent, Product excellent, fitters excellent, admin side awful.
