Creative Products Ltd Avis

I live in Ireland and purchased a garden solar balloon Sept 2025while down the country , it was lovely and mid Oct I put it away in its box for the winter . I took it out in June of this year but it only wished for a short while - my husband tried everything but no luck I insoles the company and told them they were very helpful and said they would send out a replacement but then when I sent my address that was too Duffy out as company based in uk . But they did a whole later have a rep in this area who delivered the replacement to my door . I was very impressed with the service and the correspondence from the company and I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I contacted creative products to ask if they sold replacement covers for my leg pillow but they advised me they don’t , but said they would look in their warehouse to see if they had a spare one. 4 days later I received a new cover in the post at no cost. That’s amazing customer service at the highest level.

Our solar fountain stopped working after a couple of weeks, BUT despite losing our receipt they sent a brand new one almost by return of post!!
Fabulous service and outstanding customer care!

Excellent customer service Tiermey.

i bought a solar fountain and in error cut the spacer rods too short, within a couple of days the company sent me replacements free of charge.

I have just purchased Mortar Joint Replacement Heads. First of all the service was first class immediate confirmation and delivered quickly.
Then the heads and the paving brush are excellent. I have tried many such products over the years but these out perform all of them and are easy to use at a very good price and in my experience are better than some that are more expensive.

Thanks for the Push & Fix Suction hook, good suction and it still holds without falling off

Your Nano gel tape is the most useless product I have ever bought!

The video of how strong this product is, Is completely false! Utterly useless! False advertising like thisbis illegal.

I will be requesting a refund via a bank chargeback.

Bought the treat ball at a local garden centre. My dog is obsessed with it (ignores the kibble that falls out which is very unusual for her!)
Fantastic product. Hours of fun!

I have been so impressed with the customer service - we bought a product several years ago and I couldn’t figure out how to recharge the battery. Not only did they spend time trying to help me but when it didn’t work they sent me a replacement product! Very impressed, would highly recommend.

I ordered an Aqua Lance for watering my hanging baskets. It arrived promptly, it was exactly as described and worked well. Good value for money. I'm very please with it - many thanks.

Push & Chop with usb charging did not charge up and is to be returned for a refund.

Easy use website prompt service good quality product reasonable priced. was a gift & recipient loved it.
Thanks

This bird feeder was advertised as deterring starlings. I filled it up and within a day all the food had been taken by starlings. This works out as a very expensive feeder. I left a review on their site but funnily enough it wasn't published nor did I receive any feedback.

Bought a single solar bottle light as a test to see if they were OK before potentially ordering more. Worked for 48 hours. Won't be reordering.

We have tried a fast cut wrapping paper cutter. What a waste of money. It only ripped the paper. Don’t ever buy one.

Grill Mesh, more Grill Mess
Thought this would be a good idea, but after only 4 cooks the "mesh" is disintegrating.
Uded on a gas barbecue, never more than ~210C, washed after each use in warm soapy water, the square meshes are becoming baggy and distorted.
Wouldn't recmmend to anyone
