Yeah overall not a great experience.
In my opinion theres been a TON of false promises regarding work. Overall has been a massively bad experience. theres much better agencies out there than this one. Cant say it was bad from the start when the original people were in charge , certainly did change for the worse.

Terrible agency!!!
They don't give interest at all to help us who are in need to find a job. It's been 2 weeks I submitted a few applications for some jobs through them, I texted them a week ago and completely ignore me. A year ago I had another interaction with them when I was calling them to ask for some job recommendations when the lady who answered, I think she's name is Annette if I remember well, responded very rude, had no patience to listen what I wanted to say and closed the call before I wanted to finish my idea.
From other agencies I was called back super fast next morning I was submitted the application just to let me know the job was occupied, and offered me further help if they find a job for me will let me know, were helpful right away from the first call, but this agency is far away to be professional.
Probably not too much people rate the agency even if they had bad experience with them because the process to leave a review it's a little confusing, but should more people give reviews.

Terrible agency!
Harvey is rude and arrogant and takes things way too lituarally!
He places you at awful companies he moans about that have a lot of agency worker turn over.
I was assaulted at a company and Harvey done nothing about it.
Terrible agency! Be warned!
There are loads of agencies out there, do not chose this one!
