Shocking service
Tried for 12 days to return boxes of unopened tiles. Emails continuously ignored. Eventually got a call asking to bring them back only to be turned away by the manager.
Would definitely not recommend, I will shop elsewhere in future.

We take all of our reviews seriously and look into the service and experience that our customers receive. I am sorry that you feel your service was poor.
We allow customers up to a maximum of 100 days to return their tiles [if it meets our terms and conditions] for a refund or if it is after 100 days then we would issue a credit note, IF the tiles were still stocked and not discontinued.
Unfortunately, when you tried to return your 12 boxes of tiles it was well over that 100 days period and the tiles were no longer stocked by ourselves and had been discontinued by the supplier over a year ago. This is why the manager could not issue you with either a refund or a credit note.

Thank you for placing your review, we do take all of our reviews seriously as it helps us to improve upon our service. In regards to your order, we sent your sample out on 19th October, the day after you placed your order and this is the first time we have heard anything from you in relation to not receiving it - otherwise we would have sent a second sample out straight away if we had known you failed to receive the first one.
Can you please double check that your address details are correct, and if so can you please email us at info@crocatile.com or call 0141 882 3245 to discuss this issue directly so that we can make sure that you receive your sample.

Thank you for your review. We take all of our reviews seriously as it helps us to improve upon our service. In regards to you specific order, we sent the sample tile out to you for consideration and advised that the two sample tiles that you purchased were identical and so we only sent the one tile out and were set to refund the cost of one of the samples.
Our manager advised you of this fact over the telephone before you placed this review and we have now refunded your sample costs as a gesture of goodwill.

Rang and asked for info on the slip rating of the tiles but the person I spoke with didnt ring me back so overall not very impressed although the tiles looked good

Thank you for your review and we apologise for one of our staff members not getting back to you about the slip rating of the tiles. It may have just slipped his mind rather than doing it on purpose, but this is no excuse.
I am glad that you like the tiles and hopefully once your renovation is complete, the finished product is just as good if not better.

Welsh lady in a pickle
I received my order promptly but didn’t like the tiles,having ordered online I thought I would be stuck with them and thought no point telephoning but I did give them a call,after explaining that I didn’t like the tiles an extremely lovely gentleman named Paul rang another extremely lovely gentleman named Andy whom dealt with online sales,explained everything to him,whom then emailed me back and forth,arranging the return,re-order of a different tile,refunding/payment of old and new order,plus having to change the new order amount as I ordered to many of them,they had pick up arranged before all was settled so I didn’t have as long to wait,old were gone and new arrived in a matter of days bearing in mind they are in Scotland and I am in South Wales,gentleman I commend you for dealing with me,your help was second to none,I highly recommend these guys,thankyou so much and I love my new tiles x
