You could be perfect but...
CT could be perfect sneaker shop and it actually was before the 2001 error. Now I have to pay via PayPal, which makes the prices of all the products more expensive for me and actually pretty inconvinient also. I was true Crooked Tongues fan and promoter and I never was a PayPal fan. You forced me to use service which I dont usually use and really I found another online shop to buy from. Now I am purchasing from CT only if I cant find the certain model elsewhere and all that because you dont let me to use my card payment and forcing me to use PayPal. Thats all. If you want me back as a regular fix this problem. And I am sure that I am not alone in this.

Sneakerhead Paradise!
Happened to check Crooked Tongues to see what's new and found that Converse had re-issued classic One Stars in leather and suede. Bought both immediately!!! Thanks CT... and thanks for your superb next day delivery, which meant I could lace up and bliss out.

Really happy with the service and my purchase, 100% will buy again!

Very Very Poor......
I waited for some limited addition trainers to go on sale and logged on to their website at the release time. I placed the order and was very excited at the prospect of getting them. When they arrived they had sent the wrong item. I quickly emailed customer service. No reply. I then tweeted them for them to reply quickly. I then recieved an email from customer service. I replied straight away and recieved no reply. So I again tweeted them and got a reply. I was finally told the item I thought I had purchased was now out of stock. Obviously I was gutted. I would avoid!!!!!!! Ive had better dealings with one man bands on ebay.

Can't fault the service in anyway. Order came as promised-took the free delivery option and only waited a few days. Will be ordering again as soon as the bank balance allows!!

Overall online shopping experience is fine but stock availability info is always wrong.
Pricing is reasonable, but you need to check every items' availability after filtering, as this website shows wrong data always.
