Terrible
Perfect — here’s a version tailored specifically for a review site. It keeps the emotional core
I've been a Cross Keys tenant for nearly 8 years. For the first 6, everything was fine — until a neighbor became obsessed with my family. Since then, he has smashed up my car, damaged three other family members’ cars, and even vandalized a relative’s house. All of this was caught on camera. Still, Cross Keys claims they “can’t” do anything.
This same person has stalked and harassed us, made false reports to the police, schools, and insurance companies, and racially abused me and my children. And yet, the response from Cross Keys has been dismissive at best.
Shockingly, their advice wasn’t to deal with the perpetrator — it was to consider moving. One staff member even said, “If he’s really that much of a problem, maybe you should move, because by staying, you’re obviously not that bothered.”
We’re not the only ones — at least two other families are going through the same thing.
What’s most disappointing is seeing how Cross Keys has changed. They no longer seem interested in protecting their tenants — only in avoiding responsibility. We expected support. We got silence, deflection, and an open door for abuse to continue.
