Crouch Recovery Avis 444

we have had a few breakdown in our company and i cant thank crouch recovery for there quick response everytime even being able to go get parts and fix so i have a working van back on the road thanks to all the lads :)

Was recovered this morning on the m69 by Peter from Aylesbury, he was wonderful and fast and efficient thanks again Peter

First time breaking down in a lorry, called crouch recovery, operators in control center were very helpfull and friendly, quote given very quickly and recovery was with me in the time stated, very helpfull and professional drivers who got me recovered to my destination

I just want to say how grateful I am for the help I received from Lee and Mark at Crouch Recovery. They were sent out to help me by my breakdown company (Green Flag). They initially arrived in under an hour and when they discovered they needed to arrange for a recovery truck that also arrived promptly.
They were both really lovely blokes and really came to my rescue when I had a flat tyre and my 3 children in the car (aged 4yrs, 2yrs and 3 months).
I had no idea that my car did not come with a spare tyre due to it being a 7 seater and they really looked after me and my children and got us home safely (and my car to a garage of my choice) in this awful weather.
They went above and beyond.

Excellent service from Crouch Recovery!! I was rescued by the lovely Piotr from the side of the M40. He was so lovely, explained everything so clearly, especially next steps of my car recovery and I felt so safe!! Excellent excellent service!

Broke down at 1.15pm was picked up with 45 mins. The recovery driver Asher was amazing!! He diagnosed the fault straight away didn’t waste anytime and I was towed off and dropped to my local garage within 1 hour and 15 of breaking down. 5🌟 all the way!!

Last Sunday, my daughter broke down at a roundabout in a nightmare of a place. She’s only 19 and got really upset as was unable to move the car. Unfortunately lots of people were beeping her and getting annoyed rather than understanding she couldn’t do anything. Luckily a very kind gentleman from Crouch came to her rescue. He pulled up behind her to stop traffic and pushed her into a lay-by where she could then wait safely for the recovery to turn up. The Crouch driver didn’t have to do this but went out his way to help and solve this problem. I was so appreciative as I could hear how upset my daughter was.
So I leave this review with lots of thanks ! And for others to see that Crouch team aren’t just about who’s on their call out list they are genuine nice people willing to help.

Luckily we've not needed recovering any time yet,, but wouldnt hesitate to use this company. We recently visited the Coalville depot with our son for a birthday treat

We were shown around by Incident Manager Steve Donoghue, and I cannot put into words how fantastic he was. He went above and beyond for our son, Toby, who is a huge fan of recovery trucks and your work on Trucking Hell. Toby has special needs, and experiences like this mean more to him than most people realise — and Steve made it absolutely unforgettable.

He took the time to show Toby around the yard, answered every single one of his questions with patience and enthusiasm, let him see everything up close, and even took him for a drive in one of the trucks. Toby was absolutely beaming the entire time. Steve treated him with such kindness, understanding, and genuine interest, and it meant the world to us as parents to see Toby so happy and included.

We are incredibly grateful that Steve took time out of his day to make this experience so special. It was far more than we ever expected, and we will never forget it. Toby hasn’t stopped talking about him — or the trucks — since! As soon as we got in the car to leave his words were, "I think I'm going to burst, this has got to be a dream its the best birthday ever!"

After my pride and joy broke down today and calling my roadside recovery which were useless… Crouch Recovery couldn’t have been more customer friendly, professional, and on scene with me within an hour. My vehicle was treated with respect and care, the driver was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Recovered to my choice of garage.

Great guys ! They went above and beyond getting me and my car home safely in the early hours and fixed the following day and I really thought I’d end up with a hefty bill ! It was an only a sensor thankfully, and honest enough to just charge me for the part and recover which wasn’t a lot of money ! Would recommend to anyone and keep there number and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again . Thanks guys
