Straight up crooks, very dishonest rips off the elderly
I went to the Jewelry Kiosk to have a piece of jewelry repaired.06/13/2025 A nice lady took me inside Crown Jewelry to check on the price. A young man Shawn waited on me and I decided to replace my piece with another ring enhancer. Shawn went in the back and got me a smaller enhance because I only wanted to spend $500.00. He sold me the bigger one for $750.00, then switched them out. I did not notice until the next day, I paid for the bigger enhancement but was given the smaller one. When I went back, the manager, Tony, charged me $125.00 more for the right ring and took it in the back to be sized. Ignoring that I was cheated. And I had already paid for the ring. I even asked them to pull the video. I was not given a certificate of authenticity, they do not have them until A guy comes in that does them(so what are they really selling)? I was told I have to come back yet again for a certificate. I have been to the store 4 times now. My ring turns backwards in the enhancer and they want to charge me again to fix it. They refuse to refund me or take the enhancer back. The state law says I have 30 days to refund Jewelry. I will be disputing with my bank and credit card company.
