Great Reorder Process!!!
This is our fourth order with Crystal Central! Our church has been ordering from them for a very long time. Their products and shipping is absolutely stellar! This order was fantastic. We placed an order and realized later that we made a mistake on the name that was to be engraved on the crystal award. So, at a discount, Crystal Central allowed us to reorder with the correct wording and expedited the shipping to be delivered on time before presenting the award at our church.
