I've used a few window companies before and Crystal clear have been far the best .
We had a new front door and a bedroom window, great product and well fitted all mess removed and broken plaster around window repaired , slight issue with the door side light being clear not opaque but this was sorted promptly and efficiently. I will definitely use again .

Top service and quality from Crystal Clear, we are delighted with our Apeer front door. We had a minor issue with a noise from the door which the team came out to resolve promptly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Had a few problems on day of installation with missing items which caused some consternation but was resolved on the day
Staff very helpful and very happy with finished door

Both the Estimator and the fitters were polite and efficient. The finished job is excellent.

Supplied and installed Origin aluminium doors. Professional from start to finish.

Jason and Kevin from Crystal Clear have recently finished installing a few replacement windows for me. Very friendly and considerate couple of guys who have done a great job with the installation and have left the site clean and tidy.

Polite,clean and efficient workers.
Good sound product.
Will use them again.

I am very happy with the entire process.
From my initial enquiry to completion of the installation.
Very straightforward from the quote to the surveying and finally the team that came to fit the windows, they all turned up as promised.

A few problems initially with ordering and arranging a survey but overall a good experience The door is good quality for the price and the fitters were excellent. They completed the job to a high standard and were polite and friendly

Crystal Clear are great. The service is second to done and we always have a neat clean job.

We had a couple of windows installed before Christmas, the whole process was really easy and efficient, much nicer than some other local companies who were much pushier. The guys who fitted the windows, Jason and Kevin, were really lovely and did a grand job and left everything nice and tidy. The new windows are great.

We had a replacement integral blind for a window in our kitchen in August 2023. I called early in January 2024 to say that our blind was quite noisy when raising and lowering the integral blind. Within 10 days a service engineer came out and replaced the mechanism. When I asked what the charge was I was advised no charge as it was under warranty and covered. Great service and delivered with a smile from the service technician.

Crystal Clear fitted Origin aluminum doors and windows at my bungalow refurbishment project. The doors and windows were a big part of that project, and knowing that progress of the refurbishment was dependent of getting the property secure and watertight, Crystal Clear arrived a week early!
There were a few snags, mainly due to it being a 'building site' but these were resolved quickly with good old fashioned common sense.
Everyone at Crystal Clear has always been helpful and friendly. I would particularly like to mention Harry who knows his product inside out and can resolve anything quickly and with a smile!
Several neighbours have commented on how lovely my front door and new windows are :-)
Thank you Crystal Clear.

Had my new doors installed by Steve Tom and Ryan. They did a great job. Very polite and professional. Top quality work and left my place clean and tidy.

Everything went well from initial measurements to installation and including the timing and punctuality of employees appearance to do the work and their affability
