CSM Property Management Ltd Avis 

Has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not responding to the correct emails, calling me by a different name and chasing for money. They constantly send emails looking money for a service they physically do not provide. They are complete liars and how the company is still standing is beyond me. They need reported, avoid these people. Unfortunately they are all ready tied into our contract when we bought our property. The service from their staff is a disgrace!

Interesting that they succeeded in getting their google reviews removed - not sure how they managed that. I think they should change their motto to “we’re not happy until your not happy “. Avoid, avoid, avoid

If i could have left 0 stars i would have. Unfortunately I've had CSM come chasing me lately for an imaginary end of year balancing charges off £98 saying these are for 2018 to 2019. I run my own business and if I went back to one of my customers 2-3 years later and asked them for more money, they would laugh at me. I've always paid CSM £38.38 per quarter for the last 4 years and now they want more money for doing absolutely nothing. I've also heard that some of my neighbours have never received an invoice or Bill and have lived here 2/3 & 4 years. This is an absolute disgrace and very unjust and unfair. A terrible company to deal with, who just want to rob you off your hard earned money and give very little back in return.

Avoid at all costs. Helena Zalewska doesn’t answer emails ignores phone calls and emails. Very poor service and only interested taking money and keeping it. I’ve only given one star because I couldn’t give zero.

Not a fan of management companies in general, but I have to hand it to the csm staff, they’re very helpful! Especially Veronica... always polite and courteous on the phone and can’t do enough to help!

Con artists who will take your money for nothing and ignore your emails and calls. Shockingly bad service.

DO NOT believe any of those positive feebbacks they are all BS... this company is a money generating con artist who likes to overprice and make people pay forcedly...

Worst service I have ever came across in my life. I am being forced to pay for an awful service. Even though I pay for litter in my estate to be cleaned and I have sent photos in of the mess they have used the excuses of ‘the wind blew that there’ and ‘i find it hard to believe the litter has been there that long as it was windy’. Apparently these responses are satisfactory replies to my complaints. Just interested in collecting money and doing nothing to justify the payments. It’s theft plain and simple. Helena Zalewska was the manager I dealt with she was incredibly unhelpful and rude.

CSM is a very professional management company. They are always helpful and look after their clients.

My wife and I were represented recently by Sonia who was at all stages in the process extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A long running issue in relation to a property sale was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties within a couple of weeks thanks to the clear advice we received from CSMNI. Cannot recommend them highly enough

I can't believe these positive reviews I and everyone I know who have experience with this company have found them rude, aggressive on the phone, provide a next to non exsistant service and happily take large sums of money for this privilege. I cannot stress enough to avoid this company I can't believe they have got away with this for so long. They are so rude and they do not deserve you hard earned money. Please try and avoid and if you are looking into buying a property of with they are involved in any way - in my instance estate management which I can't actually see what the are doing except taking alot of my money for nothing I would tell you to think hard about it and avoid if possible. I can't believe it's not criminal what they are doing.

CSM have been managing my property for over fifteen years and I would thoroughly recommend their services. The pleasant, patient and engaging team can be relied upon to provide accurate, honest and timely advice. Totally professional, they have a comprehensive understanding of the property market, it laws and dynamics.

I would highly recommend CSM, having dealt with Jean Clarke & Amanda McAleese very closely for many years (as a property owner in Ashley Courtyard, where CSM are the block management company).

Jean & Amanda were exceptionally professional in every communication verbally or via email that I had with them. Their efficiency was outstanding.

Due to unavoidable personal circumstances I had difficulty servicing the fees for a period of time-Jean was so understanding, respectful & helpful that I felt lifted by her kind nature which made me very keen to make sure I did what I could to always honour the payments to CSM.

When the property was damaged by a leak from an upstairs apartment, just 2 days before Christmas, (when my Mum was in ICU), Amanda was simply amazing pulling out all the stops so that the situation didn't add to the stress I was already feeling.

I need to highly commend Helena Zalewska & Peter Garvey on their efficiency too.

It was a just a pleasure to work with CSM simply because of these particularly amazing staff members, and would highly recommend CSM as a management company that should be your first choice.

As An Owner of a Number of properties CSM and there staff stand Out Over and above other Property Management Companies .
They are Well Organised and Always Willing to help solve An Issue no Matter how big or small . I would Have No Issue Recommending CSM and there Staff who do a first Class job .

When a query arose on my mother’s account CSM dealt with it very quickly and came up with a payment schedule that was very helpfull. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent service.
Any problems with my property were dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The gardening, electrical and plumbing teams that work for CSM have been very reliable when their services were required for my managed property. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Estate Agents!
I was with CSM Estate Agents for one year and I will be very sad to leave this agency! Any issues I ever had were resolved within a matter of days (most of the time a matter of hours)! I love that they invite you to attend the move out inspection to explain anything that may cause deductions, I think this shows how trustworthy they are! During my time at CSM I mostly dealt with Steven and sometimes Janice for anything financial related. They could not have been more helpful and friendly! It was a real pleasure to deal with them. If only every estate agents was like CSM!! 10/10 - Highly Recommended!! :)
