Amazing experience got me booked in the next day, got my report within 5 days and was very detailed would highly recommend

This Company are really efficient with my Survey Report. I emailed on the Monday Morning for the go ahead they emailed me back the same day and went on the Wednesday the report was back with us the Tuesday after that includes a weekend. Contacted CS Surveying on the Monday to book a level 3 building survey, they came back straight away and had it booked in at the property we were purchasing for 2 days later (Wednesday). I received the full report back the following Wednesday afternoon. I cannot recommend them enough for their speedy service and turn around from the first point of contact.

Really happy with the service, arranged and surveyed the property promptly and provided a very detailed survey report within a week which was ideal for us as we were keen to progress with the house purchase. They also gave a breakdown of recommended repair costs which was really useful.

We have used CS surveying twice now, both times they have provided us with detailed reports and pointed out potential issues with the property that we didn't spot. They're always the quickest and easiest surveyor to instruct for our level 3 surveys. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Provided the structural survey for a property purchase. The report was comprehensive and provided details of potential issues with the property. The report advised estimated costs which were then used to negotiate a reduction in the property purchase price. The survey and report were turned around in two weeks. Happy with the service provided.

Excellent Company! John and Amanda were great throught the entire process.

We employed John to draw plans and submit planning permission for an extension on our home. John seemed very confident and knowledgable on the first few contacts. Once we paid him and the plans were submitted we had nothing but problems with him. The plans were submitted wrong several times, contacting John became near impossible and his attitude to us was poor. We ended up not being able to speak to him at all despite randomly turning up at his office. We have ultimately had to employer a new architect to finish our planning permission.

Please do not use this company. The house has several problems including a serious structural issue none of which were identified in the building survey conducted by this company. It looks like it’s going to be £30000+ and moving out for at least a month. The issues are well known in the area and our neighbours (who had competent surveyors) had the cost of the work taken off their house price because of their surveys. We have young children so this will be a huge inconvenience not to mention cost. They have not responded to a formal complaint.

The surveyor didn't identify that the neighbours rear extension was over my property by a foot and had actually taken over my rear extension wall, causing a dispute with the neighbours and led to me spending a lot more and rebuilding the whole extension. Such a major issue should have been picked up the surveyor.
