Cubefunder Avis 

I have now used Cubefunder twice... The experience I have received is fantastic. I contacted Cubefunder in January 2022 and filled in a quick application, sent off the required information, I was then appointed Hayley as point of contact... Hayley arranged a visit to come and visit me in the business, I really liked this hands on approach from Cubefunder, it is not just about the paperwork its seeing the business! I was then granted the loan and received the loan same day. This then allowed us to complete the extra building work to open up places to generate more revenue for the company. I then contacted Cubefunder again in June, to see if I would be eligible for a top up, this time to service another contract and to help with cash flow... Hayley was quick back to my emails and her team then requested bank details. Once this was processed I was passed onto Abbie and Max. Max came out to my business next day to meet with me, had a look around asked me a few questions and approved the loan at the visit, The same day the funds were transferred to our account the whole process took 2 days! Cubefunder is quick, has a personal approach to lending and really cares about what they do! Abbie, Max and Hayley are a credit to the team at Cubefunder! Would recommend them to any SME!!

Very speed process, they supported me all the way and clarified all my doubts.

Would give less if i could after being told i had passed giving all my information and having a meeting signing all forms etc.I planned an event and the purchase of a catering van.The day the funds were due for release i was told via email they would be processed that day and by no less than 3 staff members on the phone including management that it would be that day Come 5 minutes before they closed i recieved an email of rejection.Was meant to have a phone call back no phone call came.This has majorly damaged my reputation as I have had to let people down that i took business from on the basis of the loan plus lost alot of revenue because of this.Legal action is being saught.Nothing short of scam artists.STAY CLEAR no indication it may of been accepted I have it in black and white via email i was being funded you even set up a direct debit for repayment so I have every right to take legal action.....in response to the comment early indication is false i was told it had been and was being funded.I was notified 5 minutes before they close and no body contacted me back when I phoned to question what was going on.This caused damage to reputation and loss of earnings even there replys are dishonest.I have everything in black and white

ask for the information that is totally irrelevant for the funding anyway we ended up getting it all for them they keep ringing and leaving text massages to say that they are looking to fund your business totally waste of time.Hopefully you lot get of all the data that you have asked us to provide you as we never had to do this before with any other company.

I have used Cubefunder twice for short term business loans and whilst they are expensive there are no early repayment fees which is what we were looking for. Transparent and open about charges so you know what you are getting into when you sign up.
Service and communication is great and Abbie and Julian in particular have been very helpful.

I've applied for a £40k business loan and after asking me for a wide range of documentation and information with a good chunk of it irrelevant to the purpose of the loan, they then came back to me with an offer of £15k (repayable over 12 months at £100/day), which is an utter joke considering our business revenue, and with a lending fee of over £9K, which is even worse than the worst shark loans out there, and not the same one stated on their website.

That's not all, the ridicolous loan offer was only valid on the basis that I would be happy to sign a "Personal Guarantee, Debenture, Goods Title and a restriction on my property".
LOL... they probably haven't realised we're in the year 2021 now!
Absolutely shocking!!!

P.S. responsible decision LOLS... we could repay £15k within a week, what's the point?!
Why don't you offer us £500 then!? that's even more responsible.

avoid. it is scam to get your details and signatures. you will never get money. it is all about get your details only. you will notice that during a process if application.
