I purchased the Z Fusion Carbon Fiber Pool Cue (Blue Burl Wrapless). It cost less than $400.00. It has the Z Luc Nitro shaft. It plays better, with less deflection than my more expensive cues. It's fantastic, you don't have to break the bank for the latest and best technology.

I love the cue set, but…
I love the cue set, however, the butt has a part where the paint is chipped and it’s getting bigger. It’s the size of a pea now and I’m almost afraid to use it anymore. Is there anything that could be done on your behalf?

Kupiłem butt do moich szczytówek jflowers. Niestety nie pasuje średnica gdyż ma 21,5 mm a moje szczytówki 21,4 mm. Napisałem do nich że chce zwrócić butt. W odpowiedzi napisali że nie mogę zwrócić gdyż kupiłem sam butt I był zrobiony pod indywidualne zamówienie. Jak chce to mogę dokupić ich szczytówki. Hehehe. I teraz uwaga !!! Nie po to kupuje sam butt żeby teraz dokupować jeszcze ich szczytówki. Butt nie pasuje i nie mogę go zwrócić gdyż taka jest polityka firmy

The collar diameter of our cue butt is clearly stated in the product specifications as 21.5 mm. Your other brand's shaft has a 21.4 mm collar diameter, which unfortunately makes them incompatible. This is not a defect, but a difference in technical standards between brands.
Please note that this cue butt was made to order — we only manufacture the cue butt after the customer places an order. For this reason, and in line with our policy, made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
That said, we do understand the situation, which is why we offered the option to purchase compatible shafts so the cue can be used as intended. We’re always happy to help find a practical solution where possible.

We did ship the exact joint type selected in your order. However, this particular joint has several variations across different cue brands, and small differences in tolerances can affect compatibility—even when the joint name appears to be the same. Unfortunately, this is a common limitation across the industry.
Since this was a made-to-order item built to your selected specifications, returns or exchanges aren’t available in this case. For our standard, non-custom items, we’re always happy to assist with exchanges when needed.
