Great Customer Service
My experience with this company is regarding the great customer service. Having placed an order with them for the first time, within hours of placing it, I had to cancel it. I called the number provided, it was answered straight away, I wasn’t left hanging on indefinitely and then taken to an automated service. The person I spoke to completed my cancellation with no problem, and a refund was issued straight away along with a confirmation email.

The product is quailty but delivery…
The product is quailty but delivery never happened. On day two, items still sitting in warehouse. I wasted my day and time waiting at home on the first day. I had to get someone to take me to the depot. Anyway CupsDirect sorted out my delivery cost.
