I have opened two company accounts with C4U to pay suppliers in EU. The first was paying suppliers in Italy and USA . Because of great rates I added a second account for a textile business printing in France.

Great rates for currency, the portal is so easy to use. We don't buy a lot of foreign currency but the rates are the best we've had and the customer service is excellent so we don't feel like a second tier customer! Thank you Oliver Stuchbury!

Very pleased with the rate I got to change GBP to EUR for a property purchase. Communication and support throughout was excellent. Special thanks to Jessie Martin who kept me informed and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Highly recommend using this platform for foreign currency exchange. They are super efficient with funds being received in your foreign account within 24 hours of transacting. I have also been unable to find better rates. The only improvement would be if they could develop an app.

Received a cold call from Kaidon at this company today, who got through to me by claiming he was calling to make a payment. I asked if he was trying to sell me something as I was not in a position to speak with him about this and he said it was rude of me to assume he was. He was asking questions about who the company I work for uses for overseas payments. I said I was not at liberty to discuss this with him as an apprentice, at which point he complained he would have expected me to want to help him (not sure why) then hung up on me. Not impressed - this kind of cold-calling reflects really poorly on a company, and I can see from other reviews that it's clearly a frequent occurrence.

EDIT - as for some reason I cannot reply to your comment, the claim he was calling to make a payment was made to our reception staff prior to the call being put through to me.

I was abruptly hung up on - I never said it was mid conversation.

The whole essence of the call from me asking if it was a sales call was extremely unprofessional. I don’t need to listen to a recording of the call to know what I heard and my review still stands.

Rather than implying I don’t know what I experienced, you may wish to review your company’s cold-calling practices. What a disappointing response.

Used as a middle-man for wire transfers between my bank in the US and a foreign bank abroad.

I live in Switzerland and have been using a large multi-national bank for international money transfers. The currency rates I was offered were very poor due to which I paid hundreds of Francs per transfer.

I was referred to try out Currencies 4 You Ltd by a friend of mine. The rates quoted by their sales team was so competitive that I wanted to try their application immediately.

The account opening process was instantaneous. Customer service answered my queries within seconds (literally). The answers provided were to-the-point and efficient.

Though all the services are automated and happens via their customer portal, their support team is always available to guide (which is very helpful for the first timers).

I was able to pay my daughter's fee in the UK, which is a recurring payment, efficiently and without shelling out hundreds of Francs per transfer.

On the most important metrics Currencies 4 you performed very well. Their rates were very competitive. And I was able move several hundred thousand USD from US bank via to Euro in Portugal very quickly. Their customer service was good in that they answered all questions and explained process very well. The only reason to substract a star is that their follow up to push the sale was pretty insistent. If I could subtract a quarter star that's what I would do. But otherwise, in every way that was important, the transaction went very well.

The rates are competitive, the portal is friendly, the operation is really commission-free. They have a professional and committed sales-team that was always available.
