Delivery was good .

Ordered online , went to shop was stood around for 10 minutes. I had to go and look for someone in the end. She then delegated one the two girls standing at the front of the shop having a chat. So service was not great. I ordered online to make it quicker.

The service can’t be described as poor as it was non-existent. We must have forgotten to take off our invisibility cloaks. We were going to buy a washer dryer. When we eventually managed to catch somebody’s eye he walked off. The next one was rude when we sounded exasperated - that’s when we told him he’d just lost a sale and walked out, to sounds of him trying to smooth things over. Too late my friend - too late.

Very little enthusiasm from the staff, no well this is this price but you may like this orhave you considered.... Also the delivery fitting and takeaway fee w cost almost as much as the item bought...l had to ask why. It cost so much..with very little explanation
No consideration re offers or discount or even do you have a blue lite card....

I buy in currys fairly regularly and have had great service particularly in the IT department...so this visit was disappointing to say the least...

Recently bought a few large items from curry’s. The team were amazing but particularly Rebecca and the manager. Her knowledge of the products and her friendly and patient manner while we made our decisions was great. Highly recommend going to Curry’s in Blackpool for your goods.

Popped into the Blackpool store today had a look round the staff were really helpful. Pick the laptop that I wanted with guidance which was great and then I asked the guy about power sockets and things like that and the guy said to me it comes with a wire but you need to buy a plug so I asked him while I was there and bought a cheap one than that you were offering me on Amazon even did go to his boss I’ll try and get me a discount. Got the computer home I was absolutely fuming no wire no plug no nothing. I thought another 30 minutes drive down there and 30 minutes drive back I was fuming walked into store went up to the customer service desk and I said to the guy have to return it the guy was really helpful and he said most people when we sell new laptops now they don’t come with the wires. I might as well bought a second hand then so I’ll just return it went over to the customer service desk, which is the other side of the building. I said to the guy I’m gonna have to return it mate if you don’t come with the wires that I need for it it’s useless to me. I can’t use a laptop without any wires anyway a man stepped in and as a goodwill gesture gave me a free power lead. Absolutely amazing. The guy was amazing. He was called Rob B he stepped in and he’s just brought curry’s from a one star to a five star really . I’m one of them customers. I just want a good service and a good experience. Would I rate curries? Yes I would now that guy has just saved your day. Well done to the Blackpool store and well done to Rob.

Exceptionally helpful staff today. We made a couple of separate purchases and both members of staff went above and beyond to help us, however the staff member Steve was extremely helpful when we were looking at replacing our hob and oven. He explained the different types of installation and helped us choose an affordable combination without any pressure.
