Currys - Brixton Avis 

absolutely shocking experiene with this store
my mother bought a washing machine and dryer seperate from the brixton store
she went to take out a careplane after the warranty expired,she was charged twice.currys have acknowledged receipt of my mothers bank statement proving this error on their side.she went into the store and was told they cant deal with it ,my mother is 80 with hearing aids in both ears and on two crutches for many years due to an accident.we have been trying to resolve this june of this year with no progress.my poor mother is so stressed out.there is noone to speak to in the uk re this issue.every phone call i make the answer is no to everything.someone called praveen was supposed to call my mother today but didnt.currys this is so wrong on so many levels.how you treat the most vulerable of our society like this is very sad.
after months off trying to get my mothers money refunded we are almost at the point of giving up.im completely lost for words

Staff,were helpful and friendly, and demonstrated how equipment works, giving examples of all the different functions, on the tv's etcetera.

The staff is a bit thin on the floor ... but once encountered i found the person in particular,
Attentive, welcoming, very informative about the transaction..clearly laying out the procedure.

Incompetence you can't actually talk to anyone in store regarding orders placed online and when you call customer services they can't tell you of your order has been delivered to store even when its days late.

Not very good, they tried to sell me a display item no box no papers or anything, waste of journey ordering then picking up, and having to return same time. Also have to return the other one , as faulty should have known re sale item. Not the experience I had expected😟

Excellent service. Purchase and all delivery arrangements made extremely quickly. The assistant who served me almost immediately upon my entering the store had shown me the appliance (I came in with a clear idea of the fridge I required within 10 mins (Marcia). Marcia was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone. My fridge was deluvered the following day. Absolutely fantastic.

Very helpful staff in the Brixton branch including the manager who helped us with loading an ex-display fridge into our car. The fridge was half price and perfect for what we needed. Overall very happy.
