Currys - Bromborough Avis 

Item could not be found immediately upon collection, but the young gentleman serving us, was lovely and could not apologise enough. Items where found after a little searching. He was a newbie apparently. Well done Currys on your choice of staff.

Really helpful staff and i was able to have next day home delivery for an out of stock item.
Really helpful guy served me and guided me through the process, including using vouchers.

The person that we spoke to was very informative and very helpful some great bargains at curry's staff here are so polite and friendly.

I was greated by Christo and shown the exact fridge freezer for my budget and most importantly the dimensions needed to fit.
Wasn't upsold or bamboozled by other offers. Got the date for delivery,got the old one taken away and got the all important insurance for it set up.
Again great service,really felt looked after.

3rd printer purchased which is faulty and because went through my business account they are unable refund ??? When I am working which is 9-5 Monday to Sat. So if you are a small business .
REMEMBER THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ! ! OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS. ? BUT REFUND .

I call customer service and they can’t tell me when it’s likely to be delivered
I blame myself because several people did warn me about terrible customer service from Currys

Prompt attention by the Sanyo representative, clear and helpful information given. The female assistant who processed my purchase was also very helpful and informative, ensuring I understood the process and the accessories needed.

I waited (with others) over half an hour to be noticed, in the end I approached a member of staff for help, he asked my name and what I was picking up then disappeared only to pop up serving someone else, I asked again if he was going to serve me, this time he did. His excuse was we're short staffed. Not impressed, I almost asked for a refund

The sales staff was excellent, they listened and understood what we required, showed us examples of laptops and what was our best options and budget. We bought two laptops and was given a discount. Overall excellent service at the Brombrough Store, Wirral.

The staff member was reakly attentive curteius and knowledgeable

The assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and, for an elderly person, that counts a lot. I'm not sure but I think her name was Sam.

Oliver was very helpful during my purchase of a built in oven. He pointed out the £3 a month insurance policy ,explaining why it would be a good thing to have. He checked stock before I purchased, as I needed to be able to take it with me that day. He took it to my car with a colleague and put it inside. The whole experience took about 20 mins.
