Currys - Evesham Avis 

I have always purchased my washing machine and dryers from curry's and aways had great service the staff are very helpful and friendly at the evsham store.

As specified and described, quickly and easily collected

After having a terrible experience on previous two visits to Curry’s Evesham I vowed never to set foot in the store again ,but was persuaded by my wife to give them another chance we visited today 19/10/26 to purchase a new washing machine and tumble dryer.
We had done our research and knew what we wanted and great Curry’s had them both we checked possibly for 20 minutes in which time nobody approached us to see if we wanted any assistance despite we being the only customers in the store at that time.
My wife eventually approached a member of staff so we could begin the purchase only to be told by him “there is nobody available to help for at least 5 minutes” based on previous experiences i was not happy with this reply and asked to speak to the manager only to be told “I am the manager” I then asked why he couldn’t help us to be told “I am the manager my job is to direct people to help you” I pointed out according to him there was no one to direct so could he help us only to be told “thats not what the manager does”.
We then walked out we would have spent several thousand pounds over the last three visits but have been met with no help or courtesy by the staff at Curry’s they obviously don’t work on commission,I will now take this up with Curry’s head office,incidentally we went straight to Abbey Appliances in Evesham where the staff could not have been more helpful and within 20 minutes both appliances had been purchased and delivery arranged.

Ordered on line. Received two days later. They clearly can’t hold everything in store. Arrived on time, what’s not to like.

We were left alone to browse and when we needed assistance it was on hand. No pressure selling, a pleasant experience.

Delivery was just as I expected from Currys. Polite, courteous manner and respectful of my property. Took old unit away for recycling and delivered new unit undamaged and with extra care. Excellent service and that's why I choose Currys for my Tech and white goods over other suppliers. :-)

Went to Currys in Evesham to upgrade my iPad. The service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff. Niamh transferred everything from my old iPad to my new one so I was one happy customer.

Bought a Kenwood fridge freezer at their Evesham branch along with 5 years extended insurance, the appliance failed within a month of its expiry, their repair company have had two callouts to repair it without success, a third visit for a final evaluation before a write-off voucher is issued, so far I've been without a fridge for a month, still no voucher, the staff are understandably sick of the sight of me, but seem powerless to make a decision or speed things up, what's really irritating is that no particular urgency is being attached to this saga by Pacifica, or Currys themselves, I feel as though I'm in some nightmare dystopia I can't wake from.
Edit: finally got the write-off voucher, so all's well, but it was a long long job, and no fun living out of a cool-box for a month, I can only hope Currys improve the customer service in the light of these words, after much thought I will buy the extended warranty, it did work, eventually!.

I recommend making a purchase from Joshua; he was helpful and provided excellent, pleasant service. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.
