Staff never actually help..
Good selection if products and prices are fair, not cheapest but fair compared to online. Staff helpfullness is poor, always has been, so do your homework before you go as team will actively try and not talk to you rather than help.

(Mark and Steve) very careful with the new fridge freezer which was by the looks of it very heavy!
Paid for the extra service to take the doors off but they got it in without needing that, so refunded that service.
Sales man Peter at Guildford was a top gent too very very helpful. Around painless experience highly recommend

It’s very difficult to buy from the store, separate brand sales people competing for sales does not offer a compelling selling proposition.
TV was delivered with a 10mm bolt punched through the corner of the box, delivery driver said not grounds for return.

Delivery people refused to bring up my…
Delivery people refused to bring up my fridge as in second floor. They delivered just washing machine and refused to install as it’s new building and they didn’t want to take responsibility to cut 2mm of the plastic tube to attached the pipe of the washing machine. They plugged just into the wall, things that I could do it by myself! I complained to customer service and they rescheduled the fridge delivery for 4 days after but told me they will leave downstairs. I paid for delivery and installation but treated me very unprofessionally.
