Everything was fine and had no trouble collecting my purchase, the only thing wrong was that it was so easy as I was never asked for any form of ID I just gave my name and that was it. Verification must always be asked to prove a person's identity when collecting valuable goods.

Assistant was brilliant. Even ringing round trying to find items wanted and setting up notification for when they arrived in stock.

I would highly recommend the Leigh Store, and especially want to give a huge thank you to Shell for all her help. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. Nothing was too much trouble, and her lovely approach made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

I’d also like to give a massive thank you to the delivery drivers, Brad and Jamie. They were both extremely polite, courteous and professional. They took great care when bringing all the appliances into the house and getting everything set up for me. I particularly appreciated how careful they were with our new carpet, making sure the appliances were carried in without causing any damage or getting it dirty.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Shell was brilliant in the store, and Brad and Jamie were excellent with the delivery. A real credit to the team — thank you all for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free!

Currys were more intrested trying to sell me a warranty on the washer . Not just once but four times and a phone call from Currys trying to sell me a warranty . Pressure selling not nice . Need to be more intrested in the customer .

Ordered mid afternoon on Saturday and delivered by 9.00 am Sunday excellent delivery people polite and helpful.

Easy to talk to the staff, listened to my request, sorted very quickly.

They arrived on time letting me know when they’d arrive. Cheerful chaps carefully removed old fridge and again when bringing new one in. Only problem I didn’t get time to check anything before they left, they were in such a hurry. So the handles weren’t put on the fridge or freezer doors also 2missing items an egg tray and bottle holder both for inside fridge. I phoned them twice but got no answer, probably to busy delivering

I bought a new laptop and had it set up at the shop. The young woman who helped me choose my laptop and the young woman who set it up for me were absolutely excellent. Professional, customer friendly, kind and both went above and beyond. Both assets to the company.

I found their website easy to navigate and to place my order. Delivery to Leigh store was very quick and member of staff there was very helpful 👍
