The experience was very comfortable the whole time. Dan was very friendly and helpful with our Washing Machine purchase comparisons between makes and models was very helpful. All aspects of the process were very well explained. The follow up delivery and fitting was also excellent. Great customer service.

brilliant!! went to currys in Llandudno to buy a smeg kettle absolutely brilliant staff member Jack assisted me...he was amazing... they had not got the model or colour in stock... he quickly identified everything and ordered it in very efficiently and even price matched it as l found it cheaper on another website. collected it 2 days later and ethan and Jack were there again... greeted me very warmly and jack made sure l got the discount as well and offered to help me with another purchase..mvery pleased indeed thank you jack

Needed to buy a new tv and felt overwhelmed by all that was on offer and to be honest as a senior citizen, I couldn't comprehend all the specifications. I needn't have worried, the fantastic help I received from the male customer service advisor in my local store was second to none. He was so informative and was able to answer all my queries. He certainly was a great representative for your Company. I made my choice with confidence following his help. He certainly went the extra mile.

I had the worker called Andrew who was absolutely lovely , he made sure I got the discounts available and was so sweet and patient and made sure I undertook everything , made the curry’s experience very good :)

I needed to replace an extremely old fridge with a fridge freezer. Currys was the only place we considered buying from as we have always been satisfied with the white goods we’ve purchased from them in the past. All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, even finding me a stool to sit on when I was in pain with an arthritic hip. The chosen fridge freezer was delivered on time with very helpful delivery me.

From the shop assistant to the people that I spoke to on the phone they were very very helpful and sorted everything out perfectly thank you for your help and service

The initial service that I received in store was very poor and lacking in product knowledge and advice. I left hoping to order a TV from John Lewis online but they didn’t have stock so I ordered the same TV through yourselves online. When collecting the TV I didn’t realise I needed identification but I had the email and text received from yourselves and after contemplating leaving the store the manager has finally resolved the identification issue. I place orders and buy from people who give me the best service and it was only down to the fact that I couldn’t get this television elsewhere within the timeframe I purchased from you.
