What an excellent journey with multiple ideas for what i want to purchase, Peter was remarkable & knowledgeable to assist my request, Curry is having a Star with them

Went about a month ago in store to find a printer. Peter, who has always been excellent, assisted myself and my brother to find a suitable, cost efficient and reliable printer within a matter of seconds upon entering the store! His service is especially memorable as he is a great listener, provides for the customers needs and helps you sort everything down to the little things that you may need. Thank you Peter for your brilliant customer service, assistance, warming attitude and support throughout our visit!

Change your delivery company, they cancelled my delivery twice, didn’t ring to say what time they were coming ,would not relight my boiler therefore have no hot water, my husband had to take time off work for the delivery that never came, shame on you.

Bought a range cooker that was dual fuel.
Took a day off work for the installation only to be told the night before that it would not be coming for another 3 days.
It is difficult for me to take time off work, but I managed to get the day off but it was unpaid so I lost money.
I did not know that my abode needed a separate fuse for the electric part of the cooker
When the cooker was delivered the engineer looked at my fuse box and said we can't install this as you do not have a fuse for it.
He then asked "were you asked by the salesman if your house had a fuse for a cooker"
I said no I was not,
He then said, this is a common problem with the salesman not asking this simple basic question.
I then had to go back to the shop and order a gas only cooker.
This will be delivered on the 19th October.
This whole process will have taken 7 weeks to complete.
All because the salesman did not ask a very important basic question.
If I could have left no stars I would have!

Very quick and efficient

The assistant that helped us was very good and knowledgeable.
You would have got a lower score if it wasn’t for him as the initial interaction was poor to say the least

Absolutely awful. Can't even pick an order correctly. Ordered a TKL gaming keyboard and ended up with a totally different product. Didn't have time to change before travelling back to Wales, called the contact centre and they were no help either. Had to leave it with my family, forward the order confirmation and hope they were able to resolve. I've not bought from Curry's in a long time and now I won't again.

I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust at the service I received at the Currys Luton branch from a store manager named Niamh.
I came into the store to address a genuine issue with a faulty Nintendo Switch 2—a high-value purchase that any customer would expect to be handled with care, professionalism, and basic respect. Instead, I was met by Niamh, whose attitude was remarkably rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily abrupt from the very start of our interaction.
Rather than listening to the problem or attempting to help resolve a clear issue with a defective product, she treated me like an inconvenience. A manager is supposed to de-escalate situations and set a standard for customer service, yet Niamh displayed a complete lack of basic manners, empathy, or professional competence.
Selling expensive electronics requires standing by the products you supply when things go wrong. Experiencing hardware issues with a new console is frustrating enough on its own; being spoke to with outright hostility by the store’s management makes it ten times worse.
I strongly advise local shoppers to avoid this branch until upper management addresses the appalling conduct of their team leaders. I expect a formal response from Currys corporate regarding how this matter will be handled, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Kurt, the manager, and his assistants, were very helpful in explaining the specs for the laptop I needed. Without his help, I was lost. He was very polite and professional.

Excellent service in store

Staff very helpful. Served with a smile. Had everything I wanted in stock. No issues at all. Had Laugh with gentleman serving me. Lady next to him had a difficult customer but could see and hear the service assistant being fair and kind trying to help the customer but the customer still wanted to deal with someone senior than her so was going to return later.

Was not made aware that the Shark Atmos Hoover i ordered came in various colours they did not have it in stock but arranged next day delivery free of cost so great service there but give us more options on colour instead i got a boring black model the showroom had a lovely blue model on display other than that great service, oh and when you order for a home delivery they consider it as an online order and you dont get a physical receipt which sucks as im a person that likes things in my hand that i can touch see and feel was told i would get it as an email but still waiting so i cant register the warranty without proof of purchase so pls give us a physical receipt how hard can that be?
